Still no call back*** *** This seems to be the only place they will communicate. I did not receive any phone calls, voicemails, emails or texts from you. And have since called back 2 times leaving my contact information in your voicemail with again....no response. The terrible communication of this place continues *** I have purchased four vehicles personally, plus a good number of friends and family from this dealership over the past 10 years, but unfortunately this will be my last experience here. From the start, the communication has been very poor. I purchased a truck tjat was not on the lot. It belonged to the general manager's father and I was told it was a Platinum. I came by to look at the truck and it turned out to be a Lariat. Not a huge deal but I was just expecting something different, I was also told it was a 2022--the oldest model year I was willing to consider--as I was signing paperwork my wife noticed it was actually a 2021. At this point its Friday night and we need a vehicle for trip planned the next day. Disappointed and Regrettably, I continued to sign. The night of pick up, I sat there in the waiting room for hours as my original salesman was off, and another salesman took over the task while juggling other customers, he seemed overwhelmed. Since the purchase, I have had multiple service issues with the transmission, brakes and hidden damages. the communication from the service department has been extremely lacking. Overall, this experience has been very disappointing. Because of the misinformation and the continued lack of communication, I will no longer be doing business with this dealership in the future. On top of all of this, the lack of communication continues, I am sitting here on a Saturday night after hours and I still don't have a vehicle for Monday with again no update from anyone.

Unscrupulous and no integrity! Stay far away! My husband…read morehad a quote to sell a deceased family member's car 2 months ago. Last week he confirmed an appointment with a woman at Burdick to handle the sale since he had the necessary paperwork ready. The appointment was for today. He had explained that he was selling his deceased family member's car in NY state, and was flying up from Virginia to do the sale. The woman confirmed that this would be no problem to meet today. Early this morning, he got a text from Barry Gauger saying the sale had to be rescheduled. My husband called to find out what was going on. Barry Gauger said the person who made the appointment for today was not in to do the sale. My husband then explained that he had stressed that he had flown up with a confirmed appointment to sell the vehicle. Barry Gauger then questioned him about having had a Covid test, which was never discussed by the initial person. Barry Gauger kept trying to come up with an excuse as to why they couldn't still do the sale today. Finally he told my husband "I'm sorry, but we are no longer interested in buying your vehicle". He stated that several times. Barry Gauger had no remorse that my husband wasted his time, had to take vacation from work, had to pay for a roundtrip flight from out of state, not to mention the loss of his brother. The financial impact to our family is significant, and there was no apology from Barry Gauger. This man has absolutely no scruples nor integrity. I would recommend you stay far away from this place. Barry Gauger is not a man to be trusted. The way he spoke with my husband was very dismissive and rude. Again, stay away from this place. Be forewarned.
