DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. 3 years ago I bought a car from them, they said it was in perfect condition. It was in the shop a month after I got it for problems. It has had nothing but problems since. Come to find out it was in an accident before I got it which was never disclosed to me. I purchased a car in April, I mentioned the Air conditioner did not work, 3 times since April I took it to their mechanic, I got different stories, it took almost 23 months to get a part. it was supposedly fixed in October, but the temperature dropped so until recently when we got a few warm days, I noticed they did nothing to the car. Took my jeep cherokee latitude in may to have my trottle body replaced and now 5 months later it needs to be replaced again.. call them and after a run around get told they will not do anything about it. That i could call around and see where part was bought and see if I can get a warranty on part.. 5 months !!! It should not be needing to be replaced. They are great at selling you a vehicle but as soon as them papers are signed it's oh well!!! Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this place. read more

This is My second time coming to new Millennium and working with Mike. He is super friendly, professional, and real. the realness was by far the best part. He made sure I understood everything clearly. I tried signing too fast he slowed me right down lol and said that's not how I do sign after I go over the form and I loved that. felt like I was working with a family member not a car sales man. PLEASE READ IF CONSIDERING NEW MILLENNIUM! I was interested in a car they had in their inventory and was willing to fly up one-way from Florida to buy the car and drive it down. Before I put a down payment down on the car without seeing it myself I wanted to have it checked out by a separate mechanic to give me an unbiased opinion despite Jay reiterating the car was perfect. So I called around and found a great independent foreign mechanic shop to do a check. The car mostly checkout out okay but he said there was some evidence it could have been in a mild fender bender as there were significant gaps between the front bumper and the hood as well as it was missing the inner wheel well piece. When I called New Millennium and spoke to Jay I said "the car checked out but the mechanic did say it was a little alarming that..." before I could finish my sentence Jay screamed "F@$% you and don't F@$%ing call back here again" and hung up the phone. Never in my entire life have I ever encountered such unprofessionalism from a business. When I tried to call and speak with the owner, Mike, about how Jay spoke to me Jay would hang up the phone which never allowed me to report Jay's bizarre behavior to the owner. I purchased my car in January and have had to bring it back to these people at two different locations a total of 4 times. They can't seem to figure out what's wrong w the car. Maybe because they sold me a lemon that should have never been resold. They sold me a car with 164,000 miles on it and didn't tell me the mileage until everything was said and done. These people are rude and prey on low income people. My car is a mess for lack of a better term. It's literally falling apart and these mechanics they hired are clueless at BOTH locations. After speaking to jay mike and Anthony me and my boyfriend were told that they would look into getting us in a new car, not that we were that interested but we were never contacted and to this day we are being actively ignored by all three of them. I have filed multiple complaints with the dmv, the commissioner, the better business bureau and the general attorney of New York State. This is a sad excuse for a business. I went in there with a 4 year old and was 8 months pregnant and was in desperate need of a car and they took full advantage of that.
