This was a job for replacement of old siding on an old house. I got a recommendation from another contractor and gave them a try for a competitive bid. Their bid was in line with others, and Tyler, their representative was very helpful, quick to respond, and just a polite and gracious person. This was the first time I had had to carry out a siding project and I had a lot of questions (and changed my mind a bit too... he did not get annoyed, thank you Tyler!). The contract and approval were online, which I appreciate. The work was scheduled and done in four days, and the work is excellent. Tyler checked in with me twice a day to see how things were going. He made suggestions and incorporated my ideas as the job was going on. One reviewer here complained about the person answering the phone and I have to agree, she is not the best (in 2023), but I never had to deal with her after the first call. My husband was very impressed from the time of the measurements to the installation of the door and the professionalism of the employee who took the time to answer his questions. We really had some concerns as our shower stall wasn't a standard size and the toilet location in relationship to opening the door. Totally unfounded fears now. This truly is a custom door! We love it so much and it adds a spa feel to our master bath area and made the room so much richer looking, not to mention that the shower area is so much warmer than our old shower. I called and the next week we had an appointment. We also used this company for another smaller job before getting the windows and were very happy. We had some issues with a leak and the guys came back out to troubleshoot multiple times to get it fixed for us. I was really impressed as I had already paid! They just didn't take my money and run. Also, both jobs were done with very little mess. You wouldn't even have known we had new windows installed! Have used another contractor for doors and they were very messy (getting caulk on the windows, porch and siding. They even scratched the hardwood floors.) We recently had some questions about the work and contacted the company, only to find that the Sam we knew had sadly passed. The new owners (Sam's children) seem to be just as qualified, caring, friendly, and eager to support customers. I can only guess they have the same ethic, and would highly recommend the company.
