I have had to take my eyelash curlers to them, an absolute no no usually as this weakens the bond, but they are not long and fluttery and flattering; they are just straight despite me making it very clear that I wanted curly extensions! Bizarre. My own lashes look a million times better. So next week after spending £120 on the most pointless lash extensions imaginable, I'm having them removed at Benefit and then some lovely curly long eye widening lashes will be applied in their place for £80. Fu is particularly good with short hair-- I've had problems getting a good pixie cut at some very expensive salons due to my fine hair, but he consistently does an excellent job. And as others have mentioned, the head massage during the shampoo is amazing! This really is a hidden gem-- a reasonably priced, incredibly friendly salon where everyone is welcome, I can't recommend it enough!
