I can't believe I even have to write this, but here we are. I used RushMyPassport through FedEx, and let me save you some grief: it's overpriced, opaque, and about as helpful as a brick wall. Yes, I did get my passport in the end, but the so-called "online chat" is nonexistent, their "helpline" might as well be a black hole, and any "updates" come in the form of generic form letters with zero way to get clarification. Basically, you ship off your most sensitive documents and just hope they don't vanish into the ether. Comforting, right? The only saving grace was the FedEx clerk, who not-so-subtly hinted, "Yeah, we've heard complaints." That says it all. Take it from me: skip this "rush" service. The actual U.S. State Department is easier to deal with, they answer the phone (imagine that!), and even told me flat-out that next time I should just use the normal government site. Spoiler: it's not that hard. Bottom line--RushMyPassport isn't a shortcut, it's a money pit. Don't fall for it. read more
