I am so upset that I am not getting my passport. There is no need to use such a service as RUSH MY PASSPORT because they are not quicker than US Post office. Don't pay for the extra fees only to find out that you will not make it on your trip. I completed an application through RMP on 7/8/21. I delivered it to FedEx on 7/9/21. RMP received my packet on 7/12/21. I received a text that they received my packet. For weeks I did not hear a thing until I started writing to them via Yelp. My daughter (thankfully) could not submit via mail and had to go to USPS. She went to USPS on 7/19/21. We checked the travel.state.gov website for the status of our passports, and she is in the system and I am not. If RMP submitted mine when they received it, 7/12/21 why is hers which was submitted 7/19/21 in the system and mine is not? https://passportstatus.state.gov/ FYI, US Dept of State just cashed my check on 7/28/21. Through USPS we were able to pay for my daughter's passport on 7/19/21. Do not waste your money. Go directly to the post office for them to assist you. No need for an appointment as they tell you, just walk in and wait for them to take you in when there are no appointments. Supposedly review your documents to ensure accuracy but my passport was held up for 58 cents. Said it may be a mistake on the department's side but no proof of that. Severe lack of communication. Paid for two week service. Went two full weeks without hearing from them and didn't hear from them until I pushed. Even then was assured my passport would be there on time. Would only give status update when I pushed and filed trouble tickets. Will not accept responsibility for their missteps. Had to cancel my trip and was out the accommodations. This is an absolute scam. Save yourself the time and money and just go to the DMV. They will not answer the phone, or email correspondence. I was told flat out (after posing as a new customer to get someone on the line) that they can choose to either "accept or deny" your request for a callback depending on if they feel its necessary. I purchased the 8 week service 12 weeks in advance of my trip and they're saying it won't arrive until 3 days before I leave. This has been a horrible experience. I can't even get upset with anyone because you can't get through to anyone. I applied over 15 days ago to get my passport by June 18th. I applied May 15th. It's asked me to contact them to finish up my application....CAN'T get ahold of anyone and when you wait on the line. It hangs up after an hour! After I sent my passport to the FedEx office, which was 10/31, it took TWO WEEKS to get my passport to the federal passport office (they received it 11/14). I have been waiting ever since and they keep saying "its in process." I thought this might be too good to be true, but I needed a miracle as I'm traveling in 2 weeks and realized my passport had JUST expired a week ago.... I was definitely skeptical, but this is truly that easy. It IS expensive, and you do pay a premium to have the handholding service, but as soon as I paid, I was sent all the paperwork and literal step-by-step instructions to put everything together. Then someone from the company calls you to go through page by page and line by line to make sure that everything is filled out correctly. They send you a prepaid mailer to Fed Ex and you send everything off. You'll get an email that they received, another when it's processing, another when it's approved, and another when it's on it's way to you! I just received my new passport this morning, along with the return of my expired one, and now I can officially be excited about my trip! From beginning to end, it was about 10 business days (although they do have an even more expensive/expedited service if you need- you pay for it though!). Net net- if you can't wait in line or don't have the time (or energy) to deal with getting your passport, and you're traveling soon- this is the way to go! read more

Total joke. Despite partnering with FedEx for photos and sending far too many emails and texts about all the QA reviews they were doing, my renewal was rejected for invalid photo. Thankfully COVID cancelled my holiday or we'd have had to cancel and figure out the tort because of the delays in processing. The US Passport Agency just started an online service. You can now renew you passport online. This service by the US Govt started on November 20th. I tried on November 20th and could not get through. Today in November 25th, I went online and it took me an hour or so to complete my forms and uploaded everything to their site. Go on this webpage and https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports.html and start the process. You do not need to go to a stationery or drug store to have your picture taken. You can take a picture from your smart phone. This is a legitimate website put out by the State Department. No middle man fees anymore. I created a Yelp account specifically to weigh in on how poor this service is. Currently sitting on hold for the 3rd consecutive 45-minutes without reaching anyone. Spent over $100 (SEPARATE from what the government already charges to expedite/process a passport renewal.) My inability to reach a rep by email or phone to 'release' my shipping label has now SLOWED my attempts to, indeed, rush my passport renewal. Absolutely stay away from this service. With having a family emergency, I had to cancel my passport process and I cancelled on Friday. It is now Monday and I haven't received an email to fill out form for request for refund. This is partly my bad for not looking into this service before sending my stuff out, but I trusted any affiliated partners with FedEx would be ok to use. I had read reviews the day after sending my passport out to be renewed. Called fedex to have my package rerouted back to me, but it ended up in DC with this company. I had cancelled my request and did receive my refund, however-- it's been days since receiving a response about sending my passport, money order, forms with my personal info back to me. I am going out of the country next month for a family matter and it's not very likely I'll make it because of this scam company. I needed my passport back this week to be able to send it with USPS for the 4-6 expedited service. I deeply regret trusting this company for a second. When getting my photo at FedEx the clerk was very familiar with the service and processes them frequently. I sent in my packet. I received updates throughout the process. I had my passport well within the timeframe listed with the packages. Your claims of excellent customer support are highly exaggerated and do not reflect the actual services you provide. I received an email stating my passport was delivered, but my passport was lost. I was left with no tracking number for my passport delivery, no customer support or chat available to resolve my issue. You claim to have services available 6 days/week. This is simply not true. There is no one available to give support, and when you do get someone, they are not trained to assist, they simply pass you off to a supervisor that is supposed to call you back within 24-48 hours - and they never call. I will not recommend your services to anyone. I had an awful experience with your company. You should all be ashamed of the high prices you charge and the lack of service you provide. Horrible experience with this company. They basically just submitted my application and then washed their hands clean of any follow up. I signed up for 2 week passport delivery. It's now been almost 5 weeks and I can't get any meaningful information as to why it's been held up. The first time I was actually able to get through on their customer service line, I was told my passport would arrive by a specific date. I called again the following week and was then given a different date, and again my passport did not arrive. I regret handing this company $600+ for their "services", which seems like they're just a middle person between you and the Department of State. Next time, I'll be saving my money and ordering my passport directly from the Department of State via their expedited services. In my case, I would have received my passport faster if I had gone that route. I'm not sure why the federal government allows these companies to exist. If you're on the fence, I suggest you look at the Better Business Bureau reviews for this company. Needed updated passport because i was traveling internationally in a little over 2 weeks. bought the 2 week deal and then I was told after i went through all the work that 2 weeks for them means 14 business days. In normal vernacular that = 3 weeks. very frustrating and misleading, but oh well. So i cancelled that order and purchased the 1 week express service. after you complete all the documents you get an email that says to call a number to "download documents". I called, and called, and called. It was always either 1) "we are experiencing higher than normal call volume so leave a message and we will call you back" (which i did mulitile times and never got a call back) or 2) it goes to an answering service who knows nothring but takes your number for them to call you back. Never received call back, ever. I had to scramble and buy a flight across the country to go to a government passport place to get it done. Now it has been over a month and i still dont have my $968 refunded even though i requested it a month ago. I called again today and they said their refund department is running behind. What a joke.
