I gave your associate an opportunity to reach a negotiated settlement. She said she'd speak with you about it. After 24 hours elapsed with no response, I posted my first review. My purpose should be no mystery. The Internet offers many ways for customers who've been cheated to call attention to a business' misbehavior. There are others. I offer you 3 options: 1. Provide the 2 cell phone numbers I paid you for. 2. Refund my $260, plus $40 more as token compensation for my trouble. 3. Continue as-is.
