We never received any other communication. We were told it would take 5 days (estimated). No communication. We called and changed a detail and was told $10-$15 change in our verbal estimate. We continued to call finally were told the project would be completed by Tuesday afternoon. We made plans to be there at an appointed time , the order was still being processed. When the bill was presented it was $150 MORE THAN THE VERBAL ESTIMATE! After much discussion with counter worker we eventually split the difference in increased fees. We were told that paper and ink had gone up (in a week). When i asked to see the original order sheet it couldn't be found (the other girl wrote it up and she has gone home so the worker didn't know where to look). Logic did not work, We raised our voice and the counter worked escalated even further with inaccuracies. We begrudgingly paid the bill but the customer service was terrible and the lack of follow up on estimates and changes was appalling and frankly disrespectful to us as customers. BEWARE OF THESE FOLKS. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED ANYWHERE!

The store, as usual, had what I was seeking (this time a USB A& B Port Cable). The store rep named Cheri was friendly and courteous as we engaged in conversation during checkout. Even a woman behind me in line joined in. This, however, is no aberration. The staff at this location are always great. They All Deserve Raises on the basis of customer service alone.

When…read morewalking in, an employee was at the service desk to the left and another at the registers to the right, and the rest were circled around each other talking about non-work related topics in the middle of a center walkway. While looking at the printer section for ink, one of the employees gave me a side-eye look and said "can I help you find something" in a snarky, arrogant tone. After being told the ink was up by the registers, they were silent until I left the area. The employee who helped me find the ink I needed found exactly which one was compatible and we went to the register and I purchased the product. The reason for 2 stars is because no one was greeting (or up front in the area to greet), the employees on the floor were all talking together instead of working, and the woman's tone of voice was unnecessary when she told me where to locate a product. I did not want to give a 1 star because the woman who helped me find which ink was compatibility with my printer was beyond helpful and respectful.

I needed a box without any packaging in it as the bat was damaged anyway. They wanted to charge me $42. That was for the box itself, putting the bat in the box, and taping it all up. That's absolutely unbelievable. I left and went to the location in Huber next to Marshalls. They charged me $12 for the same thing.
