In 3 months I fell out of the top ten to below top 20 and completely off google maps. For $5000 a year this is unacceptable. The only work I am generating now is through word of mouth. They completely killed my web presence and refuse to do anything about it but, scream because I cancelled my card and they want their $400 a month. As a small business owner, if I did this to my "customers" I'd be out of business. After multiple emails with spread sheets showing the search engine data, Ive gotten no response.
