I found a truck I liked and placed a deposit to secure it. The dealership attempted to arrange financing but was unsuccessful. After that, I informed them that I had my own lender ready and asked my salesperson to hold the truck until the next day so my lender could reach out. Instead of honoring that agreement, they sold the truck to someone else without informing me. The next day, when I followed up, I was told the truck was already in the process of being sold to another customer. This was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I understand that salespeople are motivated by profit, but basic communication and integrity should still matter. In this case, neither was shown. It's clear that customer service and long-term reputation are not a priority here. If you value honesty, transparency, and professionalism, I recommend looking elsewhere.

False promises of "tomorrow" we will have your truck done. HA laughable it was never tomorrow. They couldn't even diagnose the truck correctly to get it running. They broke a new light bar on our truck and didn't even want to make it right instead they bent it back as if that makes it better? To make matters worse they broke more things on the truck which then all of a sudden "blew our motor" and it definatly wasn't their fault. HA so after spending almost $17,000 just to get the truck back from this nightmare of a shop they are. They ended up blowing the motor so now what we spent there was a waste and now I am out more money. Oh and the customer service. Probably the worst I have ever seen. I think their entire staff needs to go school on how to treat PAYING customers. They are RUDE. They do not like being questioned as to what is going on with your truck. I wonder why? Once you ask too many questions they simply hang up the phone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY!!!

We took our vehicle in and paid $2482.80 only to drive it less than 3,000 miles before the work they did (didn't do) failed and caused damage that required most of the exact same parts to be replaced for another $2,280.55. They would admit no fault nor warranty any of the parts that were replaced only weeks prior. We will NEVER use this service center again and will strongly encourage those with whom we are affiliated never to use them, either!
