We were told that the car was sold and that they couldn't hold it without a deposit however when we offered to give a deposit to hold the vehicle, they said they weren't able to do that so it was very contradicting. To have someone drive that far and not offer them something even equivalent is crazy. So then they brought the Manager out who pretty much had no sympathy really and offered to try to get us a similar deal for a similar car and said he had quite a few cars that he could show. Well, the salesman I believe his name was Deonne brought around all the cars that the Manager suggested but he could tell that we were very angry. The audacity to bring these cars around that hadn't even been cleaned or inspected. They all had engine lights on. They were filthy on the inside just something wrong with each and every one of them. Now as a car dealership, why would you try to sell someone something That doesn't even look like it should be on the lot obviously they are in the back for a reason. And I just think the integrity of the worker was great, but the integrity of the Manager was just to get a car off the lot.
