Right next to a PATH station and in the central area of Hoboken. It may be difficult to find parking but if you come early enough, you can find street or lot/garage parking near. The ladies working the front desk were super nice and gave me a tour. If it's your first time here, they offer free shoe rentals and a bottle of water. This is a nice touch. The locker room can get tight after a your ride but is bright, clean, and has all the amenities you need. My ride with Danielle damn-near killed me. She really pushed me and I was soaking wet after the ride. I appreciated the fact that she came and introduced herself and helped me set-up my bike. She was really helpful and it made me feel a bit comfortable. I like that she shout-outs your name if your working hard. Positive-reinforcement much? This place was similar to most boutique cycling studios. It's dark, compact with bikes, and the teacher and music are loud af. I like that and Prime Cycle did not disappoint. Definitely recommend. If you're new to cycling or wondering if this is a place for you, definitely come! They're very welcoming and will give you a great workout.

I can see why Soul Cycle have such a strong following. Pros: * Front desk - high positivity * Assistant - The first time, I was nervous and Hector, who assists with the spin room, was so patient with me. He taught me how to use this bike since it is different than the ones I have used taking Peloton or JohnnyG. * The instructors are top notch I have taken classes with Nicolette, Minjee, and most with Roger. Ever class is different and very motivating. As a former spin instructor here, I am very impressed. * Convenience to rent spin shoes and water - directly charged to your card * Unisex bathrooms with changing rooms and toiletries like hair elastic Opportunities * More discounts :-) * Please open a branch in Jersey City

Every time I've had class with her I feel my spirits lift up and I catch myself smiling and laughing when she speaks because of the energy she brings to the room. I highly recommend doing a class with her. The location is ideal, the downside is parking so I make sure to get to class at least 30 minutes early to give me time to find parking, but besides that it's perfect and I leave feeling great every time.

You're helped immediately upon coming in. They have lockers both in the locker room and next to the studios, showers, hair dryers and the works, and a shop. They provide shoes and towels, but you can bring your own shoes. You need to bring your own water bottle. First timers get seated first, and at least for the class I took, that was the smallest group. If I lived closer, I'd absolutely do this again. AT is AWESOME by the way. Just as genuine and enthusiastic in person as he seems online.

Pre-pandemic, I'd take spin classes in-studio and then in 2019, I bought my bike because I loved the classes so much and wanted easy access to them. Peloton instructors are golden, once you find the ones that resonate the most for you (kind of like therapists). When the pandemic hit, in-class was suspended, teachers did their thing from their homes and so it went for a while before the new studio opened and then it seemed impossible to get into a class, so I didn't even try. Now that I've gotten in, I cannot wait to go back! The space is huge, with separate rooms for each class. I took both a spin class with Robin and a yoga class with Anna. Check-in was seamless, and as always, the staff is informative and accommodating, from check-in to locker room and classrooms. If you're looking to buy apparel, it's on the upper level past the locker rooms. There's also areas in which you can hang out before/between/after classes. Quick tips: I was worried I'd be stuck grabbing a bike that would be prominently on camera. I had no need to worry because those are highly desirable spots and people get there early to get their place in line and I observed those were the bikes that people grabbed first. The yoga studio is small, seven mats. It's a more intimate experience and Anna, who is so lovely, got to know everyone in the class and spent significant time afterwards for photo ops in the studio.

Being outside in the fresh air not only feels amazing but offers spectacular views of NYC. The staff is super engaging, and the instructors go above and beyond to make sure you feel welcomed. There is such a sense of community and consistency in the work that they do. Bouncing back from a wild time during the pandemic when my legs weren't working all that well, and I wasn't walking on my own, I was lucky enough to stumble onto Complete Body. It was here that I learned to swim and built back my strength and mobility. It was finally though in Natalie's class where I was able to move my legs quickly and freely again. She is a real force. And brings her all to everything she does. She also has amazing playlists. I feel so excited to ride now..even In the cold, even in the rain, even if I'm tired. I'm so lucky to have found a place like this and an instructor like her. Her whole team really. Everyone should be so lucky to stumble onto such a comeback:)

I am at peace and one with myself here. I like the high level of professionalism here. Unlike the other reviewers, I have not used personal training services nor classes yet. The majority of people working out here are with their trainers. So this fact makes this gym feels more like a private gym that centers around the 1-to-1 experience. Their description and logos on the wall match that motif. Strengths: * Clean spacious gym * Spacious studio with great spinning bikes and functional training devices * Nice bathrooms with Steamroom * Has a pool where one has to RSVP lanes online * Lots of kettlebells * Basic machines for beginners * Towels included * Decently priced day pass Opportunities: * Expand Weekend hours. 8 am to 3 pm hours on weekends is early for churchgoers like me * Tier pricing for those who don't use the pool * Standardize towel dispensing system at the front desk Recommendations: * Update this Yelp profile with branded logo and pictures of the facility. The main picture led me to believe it was a wrong profile and highlighted a specific trainer.
