Outdoor spin is amazing here! I have been going since august and it feels incredibly safe. I have gone when it was 100 degrees out and 20 degrees. It's a great environment and it's rain or shine because it's in the batting cages

Solid spin studio with great amenities! My first class at Prime was with Danielle and I was pleasantly surprised by how tough the class was. I've been to plenty of spin studios (with the exception of Soul since I'm on ClassPass) and this class had to be one of the more challenging ones, resistance-wise. I appreciated the fun choreography, the song choices and how the instructor rode along with the class the entire time! I don't believe I've been in a class where an instructor did that :O In most classes, the instructor will jump out of their bike to hype up the class but Danielle did all that WHILE riding with us! Super impressed with her. The studio was spotless and stocked with amenities. You can basically take a morning class and head right to work because it's so close to the PATH station! I came a bit early and was able to change my pre-assigned bike. Everyone working there was very welcoming and periodically checked in on me as it was my first time in the studio. I did take one star off because of the bikes. I had to re-tighten the knobs several times throughout the class because it kept coming loose. I'm also used to Keiser bikes at my previous studio so riding on the Schwinn bikes felt rougher on my knees and movements. Nevertheless, I'm very excited to try out other instructors and will be back!!

Went for a trial class with Ali and loved her energy and the studio. Plus the bikes are great. Really enjoyed it. Will be back.

A few months ago I ditched ClassPass and decided to make Prime Cycle my primary workout, and I'm so glad I did!

They have lockers both in the locker room and next to the studios, showers, hair dryers and the works, and a shop. They provide shoes and towels, but you can bring your own shoes. You need to bring your own water bottle. First timers get seated first, and at least for the class I took, that was the smallest group. If I lived closer, I'd absolutely do this again. AT is AWESOME by the way. Just as genuine and enthusiastic in person as he seems online.

Pre-pandemic, I'd take spin classes in-studio and then in 2019, I bought my bike because I loved the classes so much and wanted easy access to them. Peloton instructors are golden, once you find the ones that resonate the most for you (kind of like therapists). When the pandemic hit, in-class was suspended, teachers did their thing from their homes and so it went for a while before the new studio opened and then it seemed impossible to get into a class, so I didn't even try. Now that I've gotten in, I cannot wait to go back! The space is huge, with separate rooms for each class. I took both a spin class with Robin and a yoga class with Anna. Check-in was seamless, and as always, the staff is informative and accommodating, from check-in to locker room and classrooms. If you're looking to buy apparel, it's on the upper level past the locker rooms. There's also areas in which you can hang out before/between/after classes. Quick tips: I was worried I'd be stuck grabbing a bike that would be prominently on camera. I had no need to worry because those are highly desirable spots and people get there early to get their place in line and I observed those were the bikes that people grabbed first. The yoga studio is small, seven mats. It's a more intimate experience and Anna, who is so lovely, got to know everyone in the class and spent significant time afterwards for photo ops in the studio.

AARMY sets the standard for group fitness globally. This isn't just a workout--it's a culture, a…read moremindset, and a community built on commitment, discipline, and excellence. The instructors are world-class, fully committed to the method, and lead by example. They don't just coach; they train alongside you, pushing everyone to be their strongest selves. The passion here is evident in every detail--from how classes are structured to the energy in the room. Akin's influence is undeniable. I started taking his SoulCycle classes ~10 years ago and was immediately drawn to his intensity, music, high standards, and focus on fundamentals. I've been to over 200 of his classes, mostly cycling, and his philosophy is evident: strong foundations prevent injury and lead to real progress. AARMY has evolved far beyond just him, though--every coach is exceptional, and the team is the real deal. The cycling and bootcamp classes are designed by athletes, for athletes. Bootcamp blends weight training (like Barry's) with calisthenics and yoga for flexibility, creating a well-rounded approach. The workouts are intense, and the community is dedicated--some might find it intimidating at first, but don't be afraid. Everyone is focused on their own progress, and the atmosphere is competitive in the best way. Beyond the workouts, the studio is top-notch--cutting-edge spin bikes, a sleek but functional space, and high-end amenities in the changing rooms and bathrooms. I also love that they have foam rollers available. The multi-gear bikes were the first I'd seen, and the attention to detail here is next level. The music is world-class and always evolving. AARMY's swag is everywhere, and you'll quickly notice the loyalty--people live in their AARMY gear. The clientele mixes downtown creatives and serious athletes, creating a uniquely cosmopolitan but authentically athletic vibe. AARMY is a microcosm of what appeals to me about NYC: open-minded, hard-charging people who love the cutting edge and give 150% to everything they do. The passion here is evident; this place is a beacon of the champion's mindset. AARMY isn't just another fitness studio--it's a family business built on love, talent, and loyalty. It can be tough to get into classes, but if you're serious about training and in NYC, this is as good as it gets. Will remain a loyal client forever. Keep innovating and leading by example!

It was here that I learned to swim and built back my strength and mobility. It was finally though in Natalie's class where I was able to move my legs quickly and freely again. She is a real force. And brings her all to everything she does. She also has amazing playlists. I feel so excited to ride now..even In the cold, even in the rain, even if I'm tired. With the first class ending around 10:15am, by the time you head out it's almost lunch time. I think the earliest weekday class may be 7am, which can be a challenge if you have to be at work early. Check in is easy and staff are friendly. It gets very crowded fast trying to find a spot to sit and change shoes or get to a locker. Even worse when the next class shows up and you are trying to exit the studio and change shoes. There two single restrooms and a tight fit by the mirror once you step outside of a restroom. They offer hair ties, spray deodorant, Malin & Goetz lotion, ear plugs... fairly standard. There are no showers, but they noted I could shower downstairs at Pure Barre because they share. An employee helped set up my bike before class started. The studio felt like most crowded cycle studios in NYC. The air circulation wasn't the best and I noticed they kept opening the door every so often. A little distracting when the studio is dark but you periodically get the bright lights from the doors opening. Music wasn't really my favorite. Overall friendly staff, but I didn't leave feeling like I had an intense workout. This location was a bit out of the way for me and felt very cramped from seating to restrooms. Perhaps the other studio locations are more spacious?

The location is clean and fresh, the staff was happy to help set up bikes or give you info as to the layout of the bathroom/ lockers etc since it was my first time at the location. The class was GREAT! As always! Well paced, good music, challenging, and lots of good vibes and sound bites from the instructor. Don't buy your water here, they only have the box carton water and that does not fit on the water holder on the bikes so that's awkward. There is an elevator to get to the studio, but opt for the couple of flights of stairs for a head start to class. Most of the lockers are in the hallway towards the studio once you're past the front desk, but they have a full shower/locker room before that if you need. I wish this studio had earlier class times, especially for the financial district where it's likely those taking this class are at work around 8, having an earlier class available would make a pre-work workout much more possible for those of us who need at least 20 - 30mins to get showered and ready before an 8am meeting!

I think for now some of the studios are open but online they're maybe mistakenly taking payments and orders but not delivering on them. I def don't recommend purchasing anything fr soul cycle now online because they're back offices are either non existent or don't know where and what they're supposed to still be doing.
