Rahn Null transfered the apps and everything from my wife and my old phones to our new iPhone 16E's…read more. The first 7 times that I switched phones at a Verizon Store (Durham 3 times, Boone 4 times now) it was never as promised. This time it was unbelievably GREAT!!! I guess it's like rolling dice, but this time we came up with double sixes!! It was a fabulous day in BOONE!!

Cruel, entitled, ineffectual, bratty employees. (at least the ones who claim to be managers)…read more I have visited this location numerous times. They used to seem pushy. Now they are worse than lazy. Anyone who represents a company and willfully turns away significant business should be fired. They have claimed they do not care about losing business. Recently, the children who work here cost their parent company at least one huge business account and did plenty of damage to their local reputation by targeting a homeless veteran at least twice their age who was trying to scrape enough together for a cold drink and a meal. So, there is a profound lack of respect here. Last time I went to this store, the young people who work here didn't have basic information about business accounts and either did not have business cards or did not want to do any business. The people who "work" here should be ashamed of the "managers" they have and the "managers" should be ashamed of themselves. Throwing away good business and displaying incompetence is one thing. Cruelty towards the homeless shows a remarkable lack of character. Verizon should be ashamed of this store.

Let me just…read moregot ahead a dispel this myth that apple is not able to be hacked right now because it hey sure as heck are. I've always hated apple and their inferior computational power for twice the price. But! I like my safety and and grew up with it so I used it for ease of mind and use a real man's computer. I've been having issues with identity theft, now 5 in 4 years. Always on my compute and usually my fault. Well this last one was bad so I now pay about $999 a month to secure my PC. I finally felt safe until last night when I got blixed attack and was up all night mitigating losses. I like security but because cops don't care when my crypto is stolen. Turns out, the hack was spread to my phone from apple. I call spectrum, they don't know, call apple, they don't know and want to talk about getting a $20 return because I downloaded the virus from their store. Meanwhile I'm hemorrhageing money and no one know what to do. I'm about to lose it when Josh game to save the day!!! He fixed it and now I have no reason for this slave labored phone. Josh, when I figure this out I'm coming to you for my galaxy. Josh and Tanya thanks so much! Go spectrum!
