I first saw Dr. Bliz during the holidays of '18 as I have not been able to breathe out of my left…read morenostril efficiently for years now. He was local and received good reviews so decided to try him. He examined me and told me my left nostril was severely deviated and he recommended surgery. Not wanting surgery, I elected to try meds and spray which didn't do much. I had my annual physical with my doctor this Feb and while we were wrapping up, I told him I was considering septoplasty surgery however wanted to do a sleep study first. My Dr. looked into my left nostril and right away told me to get the septoplasty done asap. I met with Dr. Bliz again to schedule surgery. He told me he does surgery out of Metro South in Blue Island. I was really hoping it'd be at Palos Hospital or Silver Cross in New Lenox, but whatever. My surgery was the second week of March. First of all, I was all wrong on Metro South. The place was nice and clean and the nursing staff were super friendly. So that was awesome. Next, recovery. It sucked, period. One piece of advice, DO NOT bend over to pick up anything after septoplasty. If you do, blood will gush out of your nose. Yes, that happened to me just a few hours after surgery and my wife had to rush me to Bliz' office. Well, he stopped the bleeding and I went home that weekend and just laid on the couch, changing bandages every few hours. Dr. Bliz gave me his cell number and told me to text (I could barely talk) or have my wife call if we had any questions over the weekend. I texted him a few times with questions and concerns and he replied right away which I appreciated. After a few days I went back to him as he pulled out the crap in my nose and I was finally able to breath through my nose for the first time all weekend, however, my left nostril was still clogged. He told me that it would take 2-3 weeks before the swelling went down before I'd notice I can finally breath through my left nostril. Right around week 3, it happened. I could FINALLY breath through my left nostril. Dr. Bliz did what he said he'd do, fix my nose. Not only did he do a great job but he's super cool and friendly too, which matters to most civilized people. I will refer anyone I know who is looking for an Ears/Nose/Throat doctor to Dr. Bliz. He now has a patient for life with me, my family and my friends.

I highly recommend Dr Darius Bliznikas, I have such a positive experience. He is the best…read moreotolaryngologist I met so far.

My right ear was feeling clogged up for almost a month so I asked my primary care doctor (Michael E…read moreLim) to recommend a good ear doctor--he recommended this place! And he was so right! They got my right ear working like new after my first visit, by doing a thorough cleaning of it and my left ear too! This practice is very efficient and easy to work with! You can fill out all the needed paperwork online before your actual visit and also do your check-in online too, before you come in! For each of my 2 visits, I only waited about 5 minutes each time! The Nurse Practitioner who fixed my ears - Allison- did an amazingly thorough job doing so and also prescribed these awesome ear drops called Debrox (which greatly softened some leftover well-embedded wax in my left ear)...she got that leftover, embedded wax out of my left ear in 5 minutes during my 2nd visit! I will definitely be back for my routine ear cleaning each year --and will make sure I never ever again stick anything in my ears to clean them...I'll definitely leave it to Suburban ENT to do that from now on! An added benefit to coming to this location is that their office plaza is next to the awesome Portillo's in Rolling Meadows! What better way to celebrate a great doctor's office visit than a big delicious meal at Portillo's?!?!

After talking to him, I felt I had nothing to worry about. On the day of operation of course I was worried, but he came in and talk to me and once again, I was calmed and assured everything would go well . The next day I called him about four or five times with different questions. Within an hour of my call, he called me back. I have never had a doctor respond so quickly and listen to what I had to say and tell me that I could call at any time. He said that was his job. I am so impressed with Dr Schwartz. I would recommend the suburban endocrinologists highly. And a scale of one to 10 they are 15 or 20.

Dr. Kaszuba came highly recommended as an ENT; I needed one for my infant daughter since an IBCLC…read more(lactation consultant) stated that she thought my daughter has reflux. Boy, is he in high demand! Our appointment was more than a month after I called to schedule it. FYI, I had a really difficult time finding the office. The closest cross streets are 75th and Book Road. (NOT the Reichert Rd. side, as the GPS took me!!!) I attempted to call the office to assist me with locating the building, but I was routed to a call center (?!) where I was put on hold and then hung up on! Then, when I called back, the girl who had hung up on me stated she was going to use Google Maps (which I was already using) to help me find the office. Not helpful. I asked to be connected to the office itself. While I was on hold the second time, I ended up finally locating the building. When I arrived, I was clearly frazzled and apologized, explaining what had happened to a receptionist. She wasn't very friendly, asking another receptionist about the "15 minute (late) policy"... Sooo, after all that, she was looking to turn me away??? (The waiting room was completely empty, btw.) Gee, thanks. Minus one star for the whole debacle with staff both on the phone and behind the desk. Even though we were late for our appointment, Dr Kaszuba was very kind and told me it was not a big deal. He was very personable and friendly, and talked through what he was doing and seeing. He also had a great bedside manner! We went through a quick health history, he examined my daughter, and then he scoped her to see if there was any irritation on her larynx. Luckily there wasn't! I really liked Dr. Kaszuba and would happily see him again if we legit need an ENT in the future!
