We were just trying to stop my kids from being sent to another state for 5 weeks out of the year to a man that they didn't know. Throughout the case she ended up helping us to get full custody and his parental rights terminated. My husband who was the only dad they had ever known was then able to adopt them. There were some hiccups and a lot of back and forth but overall she was an amazing lawyer and absolutely worth it! I would pay the money all over again to get the outcome we got! I would rate zero star if there was that option. I contacted Russo Elms Roberts over two months ago for a consultation for my post-nuptial agreement. I was scheduled for the consultation via virtual meeting. I filled out the intake form as asked. Today is my scheduled meeting date, set at 10AM. At 9:50 AM, I called the assistant Porsche and provided my payment information over the phone. She said she would send me the meeting link so that I can meet with attorney Maureen Roberts. After we hung up, I waited for the email and the meeting link. A couple minutes later, I received a phone call from the assistant. She said the attorney cancelled my appointment. The attorney just looked at my post-nuptial agreement and said she doesn't handle it. This law firm let me wait over two months, didn't care to look at its client's needs or what they handle, simply cancelled my appointment with that reason.
