I saw a Black Friday advertisement flyer in my Mooresville newspaper and decided to check them out again. I was looking for a couple of pairs of new gloves for one. I did manage to find a new pair of gloves to go with my new jacket I bought last month from the Indianapolis Speedway Museum. I purchased a pair of Ridgeline leather gloves that will become a pair of driving gloves for me and they were very reasonably priced. I didn't find the second pair but I think they will not appear until the Spring or Summer seasons. I did find a nice assortment of insulated gloves, socks, boots and other outdoor clothing. Unfortunately they did not have my size in the socks since my feet are a size smaller than the normal size of large. They also had an assortment of women's socks and knit hats for both genders. I like this store and need to remember to come back often.

I knew right away that I could get the same tiny pine pellets at Tractor Supply, MUCH cheaper. Tractor Supply is listed as a pet friendly store, so I took my furry buddy, Clarabelle with me. She was happy to escort me back to livestock bedding and feed, where I found what I thought I was looking for. They have 40 pound bags of Pine pellets for $5.99. You will pay $10-$15 for a 20 pound bag of Feline Pine, depending where you buy it. So this is a great deal. However, at first, I couldn't see anything about what the pellets are made of. Being large, heavy bags, the way they were stacked high, I couldn't get a good look. So I asked an employee as he walked past me. He looked the bag over, said he wasn't sure and he'd go ask. As he came back thru, he told me he couldn't find anything on it, apologized, and kept on going. I did a quick search online and quickly realized it was indeed pine and exactly what I needed. I noticed the word "pine" across the top as I loaded the bag into my cart. The cashier was polite and offered my pup a treat, even tho my picky gal had no interest. Nice enough store and it really has a lot of stuff packed into the space. I would have appreciated more helpful, knowledgeable employees.

Due to living in a retirement community, we have a lot of restrictions on landscaping, so if you are looking for helpful information regarding their quality and pricing on landscaping, I advise look on to other reviews. Located between Mooresville and Monrovia on SR42 (when you can get passed the road construction, we were out looking for somethings for our patio a. The signage for the business is set back from the road, so don't speed by too quickly or you might miss it. When we pulled in, they have several buildings set up with hardware and planting aids. Lots of flowers and pots were available outside for you to browse at your leisure. In the back are lots of types of mulch to choose from and along the east side of the parking lot, plenty of stone for landscaping to look over too. Inside the multi level sheds, the experience was similar to browsing most plant centers and hardware stores. Help was available, but left customers to browse unless approached. My wife had something in mind and though they didn't carry it there, one of the staff mentioned another business a couple miles away that might be able to help. I like businesses helping each other especially local owned places. My wife also got some ideas for our sun room inspired by some of the items they had on hand. There didn't seem to be anything that gave us a "wow" moment, but it looked to be a decent place to check out if you are in the area and support an independent place instead of a big box store. I am very disappointed with my experience with ExperiGreen. I called the call center on 8/23/25…read moreafter my yard had already been treated twice in August with no improvement in the weeds. I specifically requested a callback before any further treatment was done. Nobody called me back until 9/16/25, nearly a month later. When I finally received a call from 317-552-2179, the gentleman first told me there was no note to call me back. Toward the end of the call, he admitted he saw that I had requested a follow-up but dismissed it by saying the customer service team is overwhelmed and probably forgot to schedule my callback. That may be true, but as the company, it is your responsibility to take accountability. It is not my weight to bear as the customer. To make matters worse, the gentleman on the phone was unprofessional. He repeatedly talked over me, was not interested in hearing my concerns, and focused on defending the call center instead of resolving my issue. He even tried to shift the blame by citing how far away the call center is, as though that should matter to me. In the end, he hung up on me. I did not curse or attack him in any way, I only wanted my concerns addressed. At this point, I have lost confidence in the service. If two treatments in four weeks have not worked and the company cannot follow up or handle a callback respectfully, then something is broken in both the service and the customer care process. I have pictures from today that show the weeds are still a problem. This message is being shared publicly because I hope someone in leadership will finally step up, take accountability, and resolve this situation.
