I just used to remember the calzones delivered to the office felt larger while these, as well packed as they are, didn't seem as big. But that's my _only_ complaint with any SOTS calzone, because they are stuffed to the 'rafters' with the contents and the salads look and feel about what i remember. (so no punishment for the 'feeling' of small.). Serving time was about 13 minutes, but that never bothers me much anymore, being a patient "old man". I got all the time in the world to savor the good things in life. And SOTS Calzone's _are_ one of those good things in life and while the "fonder" wasn't what I recall, this is still one of the best lunch / dinner stops for anyone in the area. And that's saying something, since I've got a few more Creve Coeur locations I have to start preparing a memory trip for!

I wish it was more accurate like Uber, but it gets the job done. Honestly, if you live in the Loop, CWE, Midtown, Downtown, and even Clayton. Use Food Pedalers to delivery your food on bikes. I honestly don't know how they would do it with very very large orders, but they have group catering online. The only thing I would note is they have some great restaurants in their porfolio, but not everything yet. Loop: United Provisions, Pi, Three Kings, Rannoush and some others that don't deliver Clayton is on break for the summer. This seems weird to me, but I'm sure it's because they are working on increasing their market share. Things to be wary of: The app sometimes is a little off. I tried to pre-order even in a close window and it often boots me out. In addition, the menu online is not the same menu for the same restaurants often. It's more limited. We were told the decorations would be put on the tables by your team and the tear down/set up of the room would be taken care of by Russo's staff. That may not be what is on the written contract but it is 100% what my fiance and I were told. Which is why we put together boxes and a binder to be organized and helpful. I have never spoken to you so I'm not sure how you know what was discussed with us and what was not. I stated above the communication prior to our wedding day was horrendous and it was very hard to get questions answered. Maybe if communication had been better any confusion on expectations could have been cleared up. Aside from that, if you had properly read my review you would have comprehended that my complaint was not with the fact that your staff didn't set out the decorations, but with the fact they didn't communicate that they weren't going to until 10 minutes before the reception started. As I stated above my mother showed them the boxes, decorations and binder before the cocktail hour started and the staff member agreed with my mother that they would set it out. If it wasn't in the contract and they weren't planning on doing that then that was the opportunity to let that be known. To address your comment that the outside bar closed and the inside one opened... how were my guests supposed to get to the inside bar while they were at the outdoor cocktail hour? They could not enter because my mother and bridal party were setting up the inside of the building. Therefore my guests were outside with a closed bar while the bartender was at an empty inside bar for 40 minutes.
