We had this company install a car starter…read more After the car would lock it's own doors and stay running we asked for the car starter system to be removed. We were told it would be a 100 dollars to remove the faulty starting system they installed, we begrudgingly not putting up and fuss, agreed and scheduled an appointment for the removal. We dropped the truck off in their parking lot at 8:30 AM for the 9AM appointment. We called at about 10:30 to check in the truck. This is where things went bad. The owner Mike raised his voice over the phone and yelled at us for not calling to tell him the truck was in his lot and would not be able to perform the work as scheduled. I added that the truck was where it was supposed and when it was supposed to be there and to see if he could please perform the task. His response was this "you didn't tell me it was in the lot, it's not my problem and I would find someone else" and then hung up. I would not recommend this service.

First I have 2 15" sub (alpine type R) + 1000 amp for it, also 320 amp and a pair of boston…read moreacoustic. I went here the first time because my speaker was clipping and only work half the time. And I know nothing of how it work, just want a well working audio system. I never pump the volume past 80%. They said I need to replaced my speaker, so I bought a set of alpine type R (front and rear) $600+. Works good for about a year and the same thing happened. I came back asking the cause, why it kept happening and what do i need so that it'll stop breaking. They said it's probably the deck, so I bought a brand new $300 deck from them. Didn't fix anything, speaker still shit, I ended up buying another set of type R, another $600+ and that seems to fixed it at the time. And you know what happened now? Same thing happened.... I gave up, i went to another audio store, they told me that the cause is probably because the 320 amp is a two channel, so bridging it 2x brought it down to 1ohm. Of course I don't know if that is the actual cause, or if their fix will actually work, but my experience with this place (m&c) is nothing but bad.

Dennis and I are having TV problems. This is SERIOUS as Dennis loves his TV…read more We have a big HEAVY RCA which sometimes would not turn on or take 20 minutes to turn on. Quite a nuisance and unpredictable appliance, indeed. Dennis and his late mother had uses Dick's TV and Appliance. He said it has been there like 30 plus years and had done a good job. So before our trip, Dennis and I killed ourselves and carried the monstrosity down the stairs and shipped it off to Dick's. 2 days later, they call to say it is ready. Come get it. $120 buckaroos. OK UPDATE: 2 days later and 1 day to vacation departure and the f-in TV has the same problem, this time it does not turn on at all. WTF? Last week now that we are back and settled we garner up the energy to lug the monstrosity back to Dick's. They fix it again (loose connection, they say) and it works. No additional charge the 2nd time around. Yay! Dick's does it again!
