The online ordering and pick up service is great, friendly associates and it's quick! The last few times I've been inside, it's looked run down, the shelves are a disaster, the lack of music alone makes me dislike shopping there, and the super obviousness of their loss prevention team following people around is obnoxious. Another thing is the lack of open registers, any given time, you're lucky to have two manned registers open and just a handful of self scan registers available, causing long lines and even longer wait times. I understand lack of staff, trust me, but there has got to be a better way, maybe add MORE self scans and take out all the registers that can't be used due to lack of staff.

I've only been there once or twice since, and only when I needed something very specific. Tonight I just felt like shopping, so I walked in and wandered around for a while. Unfortunately for me, I also needed to use the restroom when I first arrived. I walked in and of the four stalls in the women's room, one had an out of order sign on it, one had what appeared to be feces caked along the wall behind the toilet, a third had a toilet seat absolutely smeared with blood, and the fourth had a marginally less filthy toilet, but the trash can for feminine products was overflowing and spilling onto the floor. I washed my hands and held it until I got home rather than use any of them. Beyond that, the store itself is much less clean and organized than it used to be. I understand that some of this is probably because of the time of year and an increase in shopping, but it was a level that was pretty shocking even taking that into consideration. Boxes piled up on the floor in the middle of aisles, items spilling off of shelves and hanging out everywhere in complete disarray, carts full of items just sitting in the middle of the floor near the books and electronics sections. It made me sad to see the state of the store when I remembered what it looked like back when I worked there. I won't be in a rush to go back.

They explained there would be a $10 charge to look at it even if they were able to repair it which I felt was more than fair. As it turned out they were able to repair the device for a very nominal fee. I thought it was wonderful to find a business that was willing to look at something that is not normally within their scope but we're happy to try to assist me. I found cinemaesque after a bad experience with a "Handy" "Angi" installer that was unable to…read moreinstall two TV's leaving damaged drywall in his wake. We have a new construction ski home in North Conway that needed a TV installed on a floor to ceiling fireplace as well as on another wall that we wanted a flush look. Doug at Cinamaesque recommended to remove stone on the fireplace to make the TV look right. He was focused on making as "flush" of a look as possible.. I assumed it wasn't an option and it would be installed on top of the stone. Over the course of a week, Doug assured me he was comfortable with the job when I was nervous about removing newly installed stonework.. with the potential mess etc.. Doug was patient, gave me references and pictures of other similar jobs - all recommended Doug highly. We were on a tight timetable so when I gave Doug the go ahead, he was there within the week with 3 guys installing a 65" Samsung Frame and a 65" samsung 8K. Doug and Team used an abundance of caution while installing and removing stone.. drop cloths etc were everywhere. Doug even found a way to conceal the large 13"x3" samsung one connect box behind the tv's. (I wasn't aware of the one connect box when I purchased.. which added some complexity for Doug. He handled it unphased as a pro and figured out a creative solution. The finished product is amazing.. I can't believe how close he got the Tv's to the wall.. the Frame TV looks like a true piece of Art on the wall - not sticking out showing the TV mount.. Doug and his team left my home spotless.. cleaner than it had been before.. Doug even made sure the TV , Remote, Sonos were all programmed and synched the way they should.. I can't get rid of the message, and the store wasn't helpful at all. Hopefully, there are no problems, but I will have to put up with the annoying message. They store associates should tell customers that the battery isn't a genuine Apple battery, and that you will get this annoying message. If they had told me that I wouldn't have torn the battery from them. Based on this experience I'm not sure I will go back there, as I have purchased many batteries from them over the years.

And given what I was planning on spending on custom parts and pieces to build a solid gaming computer, I figured it was not the time to experiment now. I then went out and did my research and started to gather all these components together. Ended up delayed in my build plan by 6 months for personal reasons as well as waiting for the prices of the GTX 1080 Ti video card to drop. During this time, Rob would answer questions about compatibility and quality. Keep in mind that all through this, I haven't paid him a dime yet. Finally, I was able to go ahead and purchase my components. I walk into his shop with a plastic bin filled with every everything. He cataloged my parts, took pictures of them and proceeded to assemble the finest gaming computer I have ever owned. It took him a week after I dropped the parts off. The PC I have is silent, powerful and a work of art (provided you like LED displays in your gaming computer). Even after the service, Rob took time to answer my questions about hooking up some peripheral components that he did not sell me to help me put my computer Nirvana together. I truly feel that Rob is the 'expert's expert'. There was not one negative thing about this whole process with him from start to finish and I highly recommend his business if you have computer needs.
