We shopped around for reviews, price, and having all processes done in one shop. We found JR's and…read moregot the price in writing by email, as I now always do with every company just incase of any miscommunication of the job or price. So we took our brand new vehicle to JR's for 3 m Tape, Undercoating, and Ceramic Coating. The results are beautiful! The vehicle doesn't get dirty as easily in slush, it's like a teflon pan where things slide off. The tape was done really well as for the undercoating, it SEEMS great, but time will tell with this. But regardless there is a good warranty and they will check it and touch it up if it needs anything done. As for the price, we recieved in writing and on our receipt, it was exact. The price was far better than any of the other 4 shops quoted my husband by hundreds of $s. They needed to keep the vehicle for 2 days so each process dried properly and when we picked it up we could not be more pleased. JR walked us around the vehicle, explained how to care for it, gave us a bottle of Graphine to keep up the ceramic coating every two months, (the lady at reception explained exactly how to use it) and they asked us to come back every 1.5 to 2 years to check on the undercoating in case it requires a touch up and to keep the warranty in good standing. We feel the warranties are really good on these processes too. It has been about a month and we feel the quality of work done is really great and the processes look amazing with the vehicle looking really shiny and very clean! Thank you JR for doing such a great job. We appreciate your care and attention to detail. We certainly recommend JR's Auto Detailing in the West End and are happy to give them a 5 star rating.

Damage was done to the paint and JR's told us it was paint defect and to go talk to the dealership. After consulting the dealer as well as 3 body shops they all confirmed it was from a heat gun or some tool used to apply the front end paint protection. Wouldn't set foot in a place that can't admit when they make a mistake and own up to it. Had they done so I may have a better opinion of this business but as of right now. Not a chance. We did reach out to JR's but never heard back.

It was just a lucky break that I found out about this FORD Auto Repair facility that opened…read morerecently, our neighbor Colin being the shop manager. They have allot of seasoned mechanics that deal with all makes and models of vehicles. All their staff are friendly and experienced professionals. Hats off to their General Manager - Billy, and Service Advisor/Parts Person/Receptionist - Tara who took the time to chat with me while I waited in their very large Covid Compliant waiting room ( I was the only customer waiting). They offered to shuttle me home and back, but decided to wait as I did not want to put them out. I had gone to a muffler shop to get an oil change and they said we needed a brake service and a new rack and pinion. We refused the new rack and pinion and new brakes but went for the brake service (flush and clean calipers) as this was the third time they mentioned it (had done 3 oil changes there before). When we came to get our car, the bill came to $400. They forgot to do the oil change. I decided not to go back, especially when I heard that others who had gone there had been fed the same hype about needing a brake service which they fortunately refused and found out later their brakes were fine. So when I heard from my son that Ford had opened a new repair facility and that our neighbor was the shop manager, and that the location was only 5 minutes away, we decided to try them out and take our 2.0 Accord ILX there to get that oil change and find out exactly what the muffler shop charged us for. Results: The good news first. Colin found out that because our battery was low (over 3 years old) it was giving false readings indicating a problem with our rack & pinion. The muffler shop mechanic said the front tires had allot of play in them, however that was not the case at all. Once the battery was replaced and a road test done, and retested, the Rack and Pinion passed with flying colors. The muffler shop quoted $4500 just for a new rack and pinion, but Colin and another repair shop we have gone to quoted $2500 installed. CITY2PERFORMANCE did the oil change, and 60 point inspection and except for a new battery, everything was fine including our brakes and rack & pinion.^_^ The bad news. The muffler shop ripped us off, and did a flush that was not needed and the brakes were not serviced and Colin took photographic evidence to show me. The nuts on the brakes needed to service them had not been removed at all ... it was so evident. So the only thing they did was do a brake fluid flush which was not required and actually replaced the air filter as I had asked. Still the question is why they didn't do the oil change when the service oil light was on, yet they replaced the air filter? Need Auto Service and Repair work done? My advice... before you go anywhere else, try out CITY2PERFORMANCE and tell them Ron sent you. ^_^

When we found our new trailer I fell in love with it (I was very skeptical at first) Paul and his team made the whole process very easy. BUYER BEWARE!!!…read more TrailBlazer RV will knowingly sell you DAMAGED GOODS, We bought a 2009 RV from Trailblazer, we asked Mike the sales guy all the right questions and were repeatedly lied to. Brought the RV back for LEAKS more than once and MARK in Service DID NOTHING TO FIX IT!!! SAYING THEY COULD NOT FIND LEAK. ONLY two short yrs later RV was sold for scraps after floor and walls were soaked and moldy. iT BECAME SO WET THAT EVEN OLD PATCHES REOPENED ( We patched where we could but couldnt stay ahead of it, Inspector said the leak was there for more than two years.) TrailBlazer's Manager CHRIS did nothing to compensate us in anyway. Even with these Leaks being previously recorded on TrailBlazers records they said they could do nothing for us. He checked everything over carefully and did more than he needed to service my Jeep. Reasonable prices too! I won't trust my Jeep to anyone else going forward. Well worth the nice drive for the friendly and competent service! Highly recommended. January 9, 2018 Drove out again for Terry to so some more work for me, CV joint and boots. Terry is the best, he explains everything so I understand. I made a mistake a few days earlier and took my Jeep to another automotive shop, just for a lightbulb and they broke my light!! Terry fixed it and showed me how to do it by myself next time so I don't have to deal with shoddy workmanship from other places. Long story short, no one else is going to touch my Jeep from now on!
