Due to a covid sickness, my helpers weren't able to assist in the decorating, so the wonderful facility worker stepped up to help! If she hadn't, there was no way I would have ever finished decorating before guests arrived, and this was even with the facility allowing me in one hour early! If you have around 50-70 guests and want to get married in the Claremore area, this is the place for you. Additionally, the windows allow for great natural light during the day, which is a plus for the photography!! Spencer is super knowledgeable and will help you in any way he can during the rehearsal and the ceremony itself. During our wedding I had a snafu with the music for the seating and reception that I could not fix. Spencer whipped up some music and had it playing without me even having to ask so that I could focus on my pre-wedding panic in the small, but beautiful and adequate for my needs bridal prep room. Unless of course you would like the owner to follow room to room, hovering over everyone, every time you turned around she was there, and honestly she was a bit odd. She literally sat in every room we were in and watched us like we were children. She sat in one of the front pews and even helped herself to the reception food, she yelled at the bride and made everyone feel very uncomfortable. We left early and no one was happy about this experience. I will say on a good note that the Chapel is super adorable, not super big but would be great for a small intimate wedding as long as the owner stays out of the way and doesn't make everyone uncomfortable. The chapel lends itself to minimal floral arrangements but you could certainly go all out if you wanted. The chapel is adjacent (via a hallway) to the reception area which was also quite large. I believe there were around 25(ish) round tables plus the bridal party table. There is also an outdoor patio, perfect to set up a band and another bar. While I didn't help plan this wedding, my cousin who did told me this was a great place and everything associated with Bella Donna and their services was seamless. There's 75 parking spots by the chapel and then the guests must rely on valet. It was a very lovely spot for a fall wedding.

However, everything went downhill from the night before our wedding. At 10:30 pm, she emailed saying she had an emergency and would send other photographers in her place. While the replacement photographers did a great job, things went downhill after the wedding. We initially got a lot of preview photos, which also turned out great. She promised final photos within 8-10 weeks, per contract, but after responding once saying they were in the works, she completely ghosted us - No replies to calls, emails, or texts. I eventually discovered, through another bride who is now considering suing her, that I could maybe access more photos via an old preview link. This did work for me! The photos were beautiful, but the complete lack of communication and professionalism was incredibly frustrating. Despite doing the work, she never contacted or replied to me again. Sadly, it seems this is a pattern, as I learned from my wedding coordinator and other brides who have had similar experiences. While the quality of her work is great, her unprofessional behavior and repeated issues make it impossible for me to recommend her. Brides deserve reliability and respect, especially for such an important day.
