It sounds like a few people went in once and had a bad experience. As someone who has been going here for years, I will say only a couple of times have they been slow. Majority of the time everything is excellent. I'm happy that they are in the historic Belvidere mansion now. You're even welcome to take a trip up to the second and third floor if you'd like to see a historic home. It's a place I take family who come from out of town. You get a cool tea room experience and a trip back to the Victorian era.

Held in the 32,000 square foot climate-controlled facility, The Green Country Hamfest in Claremore showcases the latest technology in radio operations. This trade show offers visitors on-site FCC amateur radio license exams. There is a large selection of vendors. Browse through commercial booths filled with the latest radios and accessories. Attendees can also enjoy a swap meet and flea market for ham radio equipment with the option to test it before you buy it. Guests can attend a variety of forums as well as a chance to learn something new on Saturdays. There are also opportunities to meet ARRL Division and Section Representatives. Unless of course you would like the owner to follow room to room, hovering over everyone, every time you turned around she was there, and honestly she was a bit odd. She literally sat in every room we were in and watched us like we were children. She sat in one of the front pews and even helped herself to the reception food, she yelled at the bride and made everyone feel very uncomfortable. We left early and no one was happy about this experience. I will say on a good note that the Chapel is super adorable, not super big but would be great for a small intimate wedding as long as the owner stays out of the way and doesn't make everyone uncomfortable.
