I told her about the issue I was having and she said to me " I don't know anything about what happened before I got here" and that was it! She never even tried to find out. Then another property manager took over and I told the supervisor I don't want no one in my unit when I'm not present. The new property manager (Katherine Kelley) told me that this is not how that works, this is our property and you rent from us and proceeded to enter my unit while I was not home and I have proof!!!! They are unresponsive, poorly structured, and will absolutely NOT manage your property. The owner, Hadi, makes a great sales pitch to get you onboard, including an extension of his personal assistance if you need anything, but take this at face value because if you ever NEED him, he will not respond to emails or calls. I was asked to establish a threshold for maintenance approvals. This threshold was not adhered to and I received a large repair charge that I was not informed of. Work orders that required my approval were not provided to me until multiple weeks later causing extensive delays for the tenant to have required repairs performed. To make matters worse, they sent my property into abatement because of three failed inspections. I was not notified of the inspections prior to, however was informed of only 1 failed inspection because of an approval required for repairs. When the property reached abatement, their team had NO CLUE of what was going on. I reached out via email and calls, and both were met without answers and promised call backs that never occurred. Hadi never responded to calls or emails, but had the audacity to terminate my account after I demanded that this issue be resolved. Needless to say, this company is a NIGHTMARE. The person closest to professionalism is Cynthia. Outside of Cynthia, there's no hope. You will not receive payments on consistent times of the month, in fact, you may have to reach out to understand when you will receive your rent. Communications are nonexistent and there's a complete lack of structure. You will not have a point of contact for your account, instead you will just grab for traction with any one of the six various names that will reach out to you. Word of advice: STAY AWAY!! I don't typically air out companies like this, but this experience has been stressful that I would never wish this on anyone else. If they want to respond to this review with any follow up outside of acceptance of responsibility, just know I HAVE RECEIPTS FOR EVERY CONVERSATION AND AM WILLING TO UPLOAD EVERY ONE OF THEM.

There are no amenities unless you count yogurt and a snack bar a perk. We arrived at our apartment on August 1, 2022. It was filthy, I mean disgusting, they never had the apartment cleaned. Everything from dishwasher to shower was broken and needed repair. Thankfully I am very outspoken and most of it got done. I just spoke to a man who moved in 2 weeks ago, he had the same issue. So moving on from the disgusting apartment that I have now cleaned, the hallway carpet is stained and just dirty. They don't keep anything maintained but with 150 units and one maintenance man, what can you expect. What is really troublesome is the shared washing machines, that you pay for has NO HOT WATER! How is that okay? It is a public washer with who knows what is being washed before you attempt to get clean clothes. By the way t Management knows about all the problems, their solution is to leave passive-aggressive notes everywhere. Most here have the same complaints so it's not just me. Management does nothing here, the main manager is rarely seen, he is probably just watching the cameras. Active? You mean like the website shows, walking groups, yoga, nope! Nothing active except all the coyotes waiting to eat your dog. I guess running from them is active. They had an activity directed, bam! She's gone! Lee the maintenance guy does his best but is so over worked, they did hire a cleaning guy, who does great. So the place is only disgusting on the weekends when family comes to visit you. I looked and couldn't find a corporate number so I figured why not do reviews. Oh and if there is a fire, good luck. It is about 85% walkers and they can't get down the stairs, so the stair well is blocked. I was told by another tenant they said to stay in your room, really with a fire and a siren going off that will make you deaf. So this is my little review. Just don't believe the pictures you see.
