The machines have damaged our clothes and as a result, we have to go to the local laundromat and spend about $12 more each time than we would if the laundry machines were in decent working order. Furthermore and most significantly, the parking lot has proven unsafe and though they've been made aware, management couldn't care less. I came out to my car to go to work one morning and quickly realized that more than a dozen cars (including ours) had been egged and had all of their tires slashed. We estimated that the whole ordeal cost us more than $1200 dollars between repairs, lyft trips, and lost time from work. One would think that in a complex with numerous tenants on fixed incomes, elderly, struggling to get by when things are normal, etc. they would be inclined to give at least a break on rent to the victims the following month or make changes to the parking lot to prevent anything similar from happening again. Nothing. Security is still only around three days a week at hours that make no sense. Still no cameras. No word from management. Nothing. Don't move here.

She consistently communicates with residents in a rude, dismissive, and condescending manner, seldom engages with residents, avoids addressing legitimate concerns, and demonstrates a clear lack of compassion or professionalism. Her leadership has contributed significantly to the overall decline in morale and quality of life for residents. * Theft from resident apartments - Multiple residents have reported missing items from their apartments. Concerns brought to management have been ignored or dismissed, leaving residents feeling unsafe and unprotected in their own homes. * Bed bugs, roaches, and ants - This became a recurring problem throughout the building after management allowed the garbage chute to remain backed up from the fourth floor to the ground floor for two weeks. Despite multiple complaints, management failed to act, claiming a part needed corporate approval. Corporate approval delays prevented timely repair. It was repaired only to break again a few weeks later. Infestations have continued despite repeated extermination treatments in my apartment and in apartments on every floor. This has created unsanitary and unsafe living conditions for residents. Many residents have had to discard mattresses, sofas, and other furniture due to this problem. Others have been forced to temporarily move out until it was safe to return. Several residents have suffered bed bug bites as a result of these ongoing infestations. This neglect from management has made it extremely difficult for residents to feel comfortable and secure in the building and in their apartments. * Outdoor walking path - The path used daily by residents for exercise remains obstructed and unsafe. Despite numerous requests, management has failed to remove debris or address low-hanging branches that make the walkway difficult to navigate. Pool - The pool heater has been broken since July, preventing residents from enjoying activities such as water aerobics. Despite repeated complaints, management refuses to spend the money to repair the heater, denying residents this important opportunity for physical exercise. * Activities - Activities that were part of the enticement of moving to this community have now been assigned to residents to handle themselves, rather than being organized and managed by staff as in the past. Residents are also responsible for setting up and taking down chairs, tables, and other equipment after each activity. * Washer and dryers - With two laundry rooms on each floor and several machines available, residents should not have concerns about doing laundry. However, very few machines work, and there is rarely a washer and dryer functioning at the same time. Seniors are forced to search other floors only to find those machines broken as well. Management has been informed repeatedly but has not responded or made any effort to replace the machines. * Communication from outside the facility - Family members of residents are restricted from communicating with the Executive Director or other staff to obtain answers regarding the care of their loved ones. The main phone line at the front desk often rings with no answer, or when answered, calls are purposely disconnected. * Lease - Residents were given a new lease to sign; however, when requesting a copy, they were told they would receive it soon. The leases sat on the Executive Director's desk awaiting her signature while residents were told she was "too busy" to handle it. It took four months before I finally received a copy of my lease, raising red flags about hidden violations or altered agreements. * Thermostat/Heat - The building cannot regulate heat properly, causing extreme temperature fluctuations throughout the day and night. When residents raise concerns, management's only guidance is to "open a window" if they get too hot, creating uncomfortable living conditions for seniors.

They are unresponsive, poorly structured, and will absolutely NOT manage your property. The owner, Hadi, makes a great sales pitch to get you onboard, including an extension of his personal assistance if you need anything, but take this at face value because if you ever NEED him, he will not respond to emails or calls. I was asked to establish a threshold for maintenance approvals. This threshold was not adhered to and I received a large repair charge that I was not informed of. Work orders that required my approval were not provided to me until multiple weeks later causing extensive delays for the tenant to have required repairs performed. To make matters worse, they sent my property into abatement because of three failed inspections. I was not notified of the inspections prior to, however was informed of only 1 failed inspection because of an approval required for repairs. When the property reached abatement, their team had NO CLUE of what was going on. I reached out via email and calls, and both were met without answers and promised call backs that never occurred. Hadi never responded to calls or emails, but had the audacity to terminate my account after I demanded that this issue be resolved. Needless to say, this company is a NIGHTMARE. The person closest to professionalism is Cynthia. Outside of Cynthia, there's no hope. You will not receive payments on consistent times of the month, in fact, you may have to reach out to understand when you will receive your rent. Communications are nonexistent and there's a complete lack of structure. You will not have a point of contact for your account, instead you will just grab for traction with any one of the six various names that will reach out to you. Word of advice: STAY AWAY!! I don't typically air out companies like this, but this experience has been stressful that I would never wish this on anyone else. If they want to respond to this review with any follow up outside of acceptance of responsibility, just know I HAVE RECEIPTS FOR EVERY CONVERSATION AND AM WILLING TO UPLOAD EVERY ONE OF THEM.
