    Not a good company to deal with. They don't return emails or calls and their website does not work…read moreto submit emails. They just ignore. I called and did speak to Melody Poulos via phone letting her know that we never receive things in the mail except for when they raise the assessment and don't send anything out. She tried to push it on accounting and USPS and that simply is not the case. You can't receive a letter saying you are behind the increase fee when you didn't know there was an increase but no other correspondence in the mail. It's been 3 weeks since the call. I sent emails and they haven't been answered. Nobody will give me a straight answer. Don't go through them if you can help it. NO customer service. The owner is the same.

The owner (David Kress) is not just unprofessional, and overly sensitive, but rude and refuses to call back when there are issues. He will show up for the first meeting being super FAKE and make it seem like he/they care and will work for your building to ensure a peaceful environment, but it's all lies( hence their overall reviews). I had a situation that caused me to call multiple times ( 3 times to be exact) after hours and although NO WHERE on their website or when calling the after hours emergency number does it say if David doesn't consider the issue to be an emergency, then they will charge you $75 for each call. So they want $ 225.00 for me calling about an emergency in the building. Lol. Yeah right .... Not happening! Over the last month I have called and left him 5 messages to discuss some concerns and not one return call has been received. David, Im sure the family you inherited this company from is very disappointed, just like several others. Do better and pick up the phone or return calls. just tacky!!!

Their…read morehandling of a confirmed structural defect at my unit has been a textbook case of delay, deflection, and non-communication. In June 2025 I reported a sagging load-bearing header over my patio opening that bound the sliding door nearly shut. I provided photos plus laser/level evidence. HSR opened Work Order #XN787021 and scheduled Weathershield to inspect on 8/27/2025. We had multiple misdiagnoses - stating foundation settling despite clear evidence otherwise. After that, months passed with vague updates, repeated "Board review" stalls, and no written plan. On 12/18/2025 HSR finally confirmed in writing: "the header over your first floor unit needs to be replaced" and "the Board has approved the repair." Despite this, HSR still will not provide a repair date, written scope, or the inspection documentation supporting the decision. As of 1/11/2026 - over 9 months after first notice and weeks after "approval" - I have no schedule, no documents, and no accountable point of contact. During this period the exterior was opened for inspection without clear communication or a defined restoration plan. It remains open. This is not cosmetic. It is a structural repair HSR has failed to manage with basic professionalism, exposing owners to unnecessary risk and cost.

HOA started at $190 when we moved in and now is $380. they don't shovel the streets, sidewalks or driveway. we have pot holes up the ass. they charge us more and more every year for them to just hold onto the money. sure water is included in our HOA but at this point id rather pay my own water bill. I can't wait to leave this subdivision and went I do I'm flooding HSR with reviews. I do need to sell my house so I'll stay hush until then. ripping residents off as much as they can. I bet HSR will wait 3 days before sending someone to shovel this subdivision.

My unit flooded August 14, 2021. The management company, and the Hampton Courts condo association, were both aware of PRE EXISTING, FOR YEARS, water issues in the ENTIRE BUILDING. ed initially attempted to hold me responsible. My entire carpet, bedroom and living room, must be pulled, due to feces, mold, and mildew. The condo has also tested positive for ASBESTOS, about the end of August. Since then, ed would not return calls, answer text, and when he would answer he'd state, " oh, I'm sorry, I was off today. I thought they had started the repairs." In the meantime, the tenant has been displaced, during the covid Era, and the condo association and management company, have refused to speak about compensation for displacement. ed has a hand picked restoration company, Rainbow Restoration (Mia Hanson), that has joined the fray, and lies, of Edward Oswald. My calls, text, and any communication with them has been documented and recorded. They'll continue to double, and triple, down on deception and lies, as the tenant's health, and well being, is being compromised. I'll watch, as I put this issue on the front page with local, state, and federal regulators. "It's not the crime. It's the coverup!" Zero stars!
