I inquired about the 1st wax free and was told by the receptionist and the esthetician that EWC never offers the 1st wax fee for Brazilians. I knew it was a lie because I know the owner of a EWC in another city far away, and I have friends that work at EWC's. Once I explained that I knew what they were saying was untrue the esthetician told me that the only reason places do that was because they need business. Well...that's what you should've said instead of telling a bold face lie on a whole company by saying EWC never gives free Brazilians . I told the lady that did my wax I'd never set foot in that establishment again, and it's a shame because it's in the perfect spot right next to Ulta and I'm frequently over there.
