The salesman met us at the door and asked if we needed help. He did not pressure us, just asked politely. We said we wanted to look at mattresses. He was VERY knowledgeable and gave us many choices! We narrowed it down to THE ONE. Ended up buying it today and it will be delivered on Friday. Could have had it on Wednesday but that wasn't convenient for us. I have nothing bad to say. Josh was pleasant and answered all our questions patiently. Not like the usual experience I have had at other Bob's stores!!! We will be returning for two more furniture purchases in the future. And the price was a lot less than we expected!! Have nothing bad to say!!!! :-)
