They helped me select new colors, matched some existing ones, made good recommendations, and followed through on everything. I could not have asked for a better experience. They communicated well with me and my tenants the entire time. Very professional all around. They have recently returned to prepare my rental for a new tenant and they did a smashing job. Made it clear that we are his last priority. He installed it but left the ice maker not working. He was supposed to come back and check if he left a kink in the ice maker hose but he has never come back. He said he tried to call me "several times". of which my phone has no record. He has said he would stop by 4 different times and he has never come when he said he would come. Never. Never resolved. He cannot be trusted. he does not take responsibility for his work.
