I've gone there several times on a Saturday closer to 8:30am and it was closed. The vacuums are hit and miss. Typically, I end up driving to 4 or 5 vacuums before I find one that works. The pay station where you enter seldom works the first time you insert a credit card. Someone has to typically come from inside to assist with getting the gate to open. I just don't feel this location is managed well. You could say it's always hit or miss when visiting this location

I had ti park in the vacuuming area and take my Armout All wipes and literally spend 42 minutes actually CLEANING the outside of my car AFTER it went through the 10$ wash. You should be ashamed. WHAT a RIP OFF and a waste of 10$. Then one of your vacuum hoses was broken as well. I won't be back and will let everyone I see know that your business is NOT to be supported.

Likely due to the drought we are in and the amount of crazy dust all over the place. There's no attendant at the payment kiosk which suits me fine. The payment options were numerous and for some reason it takes 3-4 taps to get your selection to "take" on the touch screen. Grrrrr! I was happy the carwash cost $10 and included ArmorAll tire treatment, because usually adding the tire treatment tacks on several dollars and here it was included in the $10 price. There was one young man working the pre-wash section before you pull into the actual car wash. He did a good job, however, he didn't offer anything such as the car air fresheners you get at some carwashes or some lint free towels. The wash itself was great! It's fun to try a new car wash and cute rubber duckie on the ledge as you exit the wash was adorable. They had adequate vacuum bays and there were no patrons blaring music [thank the Lord!]. I didn't take the time to vacuum. I saved my receipt in case I can use the vacuums in the future on this day's payment. There were no signs indicating that, I'm just basing it on other carwashes in the area. Do try Super Duck! Unlike two other carwashes I did not experience any scratches in my car's paint. YAY! That's a win for sure!

I have a subscription to another car wash down the road. My mother is visiting for the holidays, and she had salt and dirt all over her car. I used that as an excuse to perhaps see what I was missing with this place. I'm not missing much. I didn't get a shot of their menu...but I selected the $25 "ceramic" wash, which is one under their best at $30 and about three better than basic service. I was happy rolling through. Their vacuum area was in good repair and stocked with some limited supplies. That was nice. I drove on home (4 miles away) and took a look. The tires were not shined uniformly. Also, there was water spots on the chrome areas. Not what I expected from a $25 Carwash. Minus one star for price...expensive. Minus one star for being a little difficult to get in from US72. I didn't know if I was headed into Valvoline for an oil change or Ducks to get a wash for a moment. Minus one for the half-way wash and finish. I would have gladly taken it down the road where I have my subscription and it would have been just as much...and look much better. I don't think I will be back here.

A couple of moments of goodness, the guys did push my side mirrors in prior to entering the wash and they offered me a complimentary towel, and actually tossed two my way, they are like lint free paper towels. A thoughtless customer was BLARING her car stereo which all the vacuums would not drown out. It was sooooooooo annoying. You would think the company would put up signs stating 'do not blare your music morons!' like the goo goo does on south parkway. The vacuums are no where near the quality of the drive thru car wash near the "new" Wal Mart on 72 west near County line. And the place was generally run down. The staff at the other place by wal mart are way friendly, offering to help in any way, for example they will offer to run your mats thru the cleaner, free of charge. If you love listening to other peoples taste in music at way over the normal Marshal amp at a Metallica concert volume, enjoy paying for add-ons that you don't know what you're getting and using vacuums that increase the time you are exposed to extremely loud music of other people's selection because you have to re-vacuum the same spot a million times, you've got your new place. I got the basic package + Armor All on the tires (my "go to.") HUGE for me is - Mach 1 didn't scratch my car - YAY! There was one man working the pre-wash area and he seemed to do a fine job. I would tell you what my car wash cost, but I couldn't press the kiosk button quickly enough to get a receipt - which kinda ticked me off, as I didn't have time to do a vacuum, and would have like to have my receipt to show in the future when I'm in the area, to claim a free vac! There were no other customers when I was at M1 Express, so, again, easy in and out. As I was exiting the Publix shopping center parking lot, I noticed both my rear view mirrors were all "caddy wompus," I mean tilted in ways I didn't even know they could go. I got out of the car to adjust them back to normal and noticed the bird poop, or whatever it was, that had been on my front bumper for MONTHS was still there, so that was a ding against Mach 1. I didn't notice or receive any freebies, you know lint free towels, and air fresheners like Goo-Goo and Red Rocket provide. I'll try Mach 1 again when I'm in the area, and plan to vacuum the car and hopefully upgrade my rating to a solid 5.

He saw that I didn't have a military discount on my plan and added it immediately, without me even asking about one. They have very affordable monthly plans for both one vehicle or a family plan. While I was there he explained the family plan to me. I ended up added my wife's vehicle to the plan. While I was there I needed my wife's license plate. I told id call him back with it soon. I went home and got caught up. He reached out to me a few days later to help get my wife on the plan. Great customer service!
