The front desk staff are absolutely pleasant, the nurse was just out of this world, and Dr Ko himself was just out of this world. He definitely is in the right profession. He actually listened to me and understood me. Not to mention that he was kind, professional and took care of me. I highly recommend to anyone else looking for a new pcp in the area. I've been here a few times with my adult children. The people working here have always been very…read morekind and helpful. We've been in a room for a few days and here for diagnostics. Each time, I feel, the level of care has been very high. It's a stressful situation when you or a loved one isn't feeling well. I may be a bit more forgiving because we've been to so many hospitals over the years. If I was needing to stay in a hospital or needing diagnostic work, I would request this place. I do live over an hour away, that's how impressed I am with them.

Dr. Kondos might be a good doctor I don't know he seems okay he didn't do anything spectacular for us we are a healthy family but calling to get test results was PAINFUL. We left several messages through out the day and then finally send the doctor an email. When they finally called me back I was on hold for 20 minutes! Outrageous.
