I see Dr. Loveland and he is absolutely top notch. He sits down with you and really listens (novel approach! I've had so many doctors who stand with their hand on the door knob as I'm trying to explain my ailment!). He's very knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain his plan for treatment and then, furthermore, asks what YOU think and whether you have any questions about the plan of action (again...so simple and yet so many doctors neglect to ever ask these things!). I take my children here as well and he is incredible with them (he's seen my youngest since birth). Also, I should mention, Dr. Loveland is certainly not the only top notch doctor they have on staff. In the nearly twelve years I've been going here, it has happened only twice that I, the hubby, or the children weren't able to see Dr. Loveland (due to needing to see someone right away and he wasn't available) and both times I have been happy with the replacement. The office staff is always friendly and efficient and there is never an exorbitant wait time. I simply cannot say enough about this place!

I have never had a doctor care so much, and not to mention that his staff is also great which is important because they set the tone of the place. They have always been more than helpful, I would never see a different doctor if it wasn't for the fact that I moved out of state. Now that I have moved I have realized even more than ever how hard it is to come by a good caring doctor. You will not be disappointed with this family practice in general as all the doctors are great but I have always referred my family and friends to Dr. Loveland.

I feel so fortunate that I have finally find a provider (and office) that aligns with what I need in a provider. After a few sessions I asked him if he thought I had it (the whole reason of me seeking therapy). He said only a psychiatrist can diagnose OCD (which is false). I did more research on my own and asked if he did ERP. He didn't even know what it was. He overshares in sessions, frequently mentioning his own past and trauma. I think I know more about his life than he knows about mine. When I started talking about safety, he said out of a scale of 0 to 5 (5 being feeling completely safe) he said he "never gets above a 4" because he's "been through too much." Which completely obliterated any faith I had that he might be a safe container. Why the hell would I feel safe sharing with someone who themselves doesn't feel safe?? He kept on saying he had treated people for "a number of years." When I asked how long that was he said 4. I wouldn't trust him to treat any number of things on his profile. He is more limited as a therapist than he markets himself. I wouldn't recommend him and I have zero interest in shopping for other therapists at this practice. I would have given him one star but his receptionist was very sweet, responsive, and made it easy to make and reschedule appointments on the phone and by email.

On my new patient appt, he ended up finding a troubling spot on my arm that he had biopsied, which came back as atypical. He needed to remove the rest of it and did that work for free. I probably wouldn't have noticed that spot without him--felt very lucky. He's a great doctor and a nice person. I feel lucky to have found a new doctor that I love (and I'm very picky!!!).

I called and talked to Mary in billing and she said she would email me paperwork to fix it so that I was able to make payments. I never ended up revieving any paperwork and checked my email everyday for the last week. She then emailed me yesterday, with the paperwork, and said that she would be sending me to collections because I didn't send in the paperwork. I have NEVER been sent to collections in my life! I pay my bills and have never been so disgusted with the way I've been treated for the last week and a half from a business. Please do you and your family a favor and run far away from this office!

I was told by the ER hospital in arizona to follow up with my primary. When I got home in Boise well my primary was Dr. Michaud so that's what I did...and tbh I wish I would have just stayed at home. I was injured twice in a month this is not something that is ever even happened to me but unfortunately I fell down 12 stairs was rushed to the hospital by ambulance was told I had a severely bad contusion sent home. a few weeks later while at my friends house in AZ I accidentally fell while taking the dogs inside some of the dogs were playing and fighting got overly excited knocked into me and I fell on my rear. I was taken to the hospital and it was at the hospital where they confirmed I indeed had broken my tailbone that time. So today I went to my appointment this was the second visit with the dr. On the first visit I brought documentation of the broken bone & I agreed to due a urinalysis and even agreed that they could have all the documentation from previous visits. Now first urinalysis had THC in it which I informed the dr prior to taking it was going to be there because some idiots thought it to be funny to give me gummies and not tell me they were thc gummies. Knowing this he prescribed me 12 5mg Percocet I was told to take 1 every 6 hrs as needed for pain. He wrote that prescription on May 29 and I finished that prescription June 7th I don't think that's drug addict behavior do yall? Today's visit marks 3 weeks since I broke my tailbone I was told it could be up to 8 weeks before it's healed so I went today to get my meds refiled mind you it's been two days since I took them and I've been in a lot of pain. I feel like I was hit in the anus with a hammer. So I do my urinalysis and because there was thc in my urinalysis he then refused to fill them???? So now I'm stuck being in pain for something he knew the last time I visited. Please for the love of GOD How is this ok behavior? The mindset here in Boise is absolutely insane so now Im in a horrendous amount of pain all because a dr wanted to be an inconsiderate unsympathetic judgemental jerk How is this compassionate healthcare?
