So you can imagine my surprise when I met Dr. Vance. I went in for a small problem, and then quickly realized that he could solve the issues that I had grown so accustomed to I didn't even think they could be changed. That's right! I had given up on experiencing any kind of change with things like: energy level, moods, sleeplessness, immune system. Right away, Dr. Vance suggested we try tackling some of the bigger problems. I was skeptical, but had nothing to lose--so I said, "Sure, why not!" -Months later, I've got my energy back. -I don't get sick all the time--and if I do catch a bug, it's NBD. -I'm sleeping!! And waking up ready for the day! -I'm in control of my moods, instead of the other way around! ;) Dr. Vance uses a myriad of techniques to address symptoms. He uses lab reports as a starting point, but is more concerned about how the patient FEELS and FUNCTIONS than the numbers on a chart. Dr. Vance has educated me throughout the process, so I know exactly what's going on and why, and I know how to adjust protocols to fix any new problems. WHAT?! Dr. Vance explains information simply, without pretending he's the only one in the room smart enough to understand it! I have only had the initial care appointment for my kids with him but he was wonderful. He spent well over 30 minutes with us, is very passionate about why he practices medicine, gave me his cell number for emergencies in case I had problems getting my kids in, ect. Then today's contact was through My Chart, and when I told him of my displeasure with this, he informed me that I was welcome to get another Dr that could fulfill my needs. I would highly recommend that no one should use this Dr or this facility for an internal medicine dr.

And we are so glad we did. Even though it took four months to see him it was well worth the wait. He was so professional, kind, sincere and respectful. He is also a US Navy Veteran as I am and that was another plus. Dr Moore was very patient and a great listener. He went over my health history and asked a lot of questions about my previous health issues and care. He was very thorough and offered some great advice. He never rushed our meeting, even though the office closed at 5 PM and we were fifteen -twenty minutes past that time. What a great first impression. He really made us feel comfortable. I see Dr. Loveland and he is absolutely top notch. He sits down with you and really listens (novel approach! I've had so many doctors who stand with their hand on the door knob as I'm trying to explain my ailment!). He's very knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain his plan for treatment and then, furthermore, asks what YOU think and whether you have any questions about the plan of action (again...so simple and yet so many doctors neglect to ever ask these things!). I take my children here as well and he is incredible with them (he's seen my youngest since birth). Also, I should mention, Dr. Loveland is certainly not the only top notch doctor they have on staff. In the nearly twelve years I've been going here, it has happened only twice that I, the hubby, or the children weren't able to see Dr. Loveland (due to needing to see someone right away and he wasn't available) and both times I have been happy with the replacement. The office staff is always friendly and efficient and there is never an exorbitant wait time. I simply cannot say enough about this place!

He's the only doctor who has ever really listened to my problems, he's the only doctor who I feel comfortable with knowing he will help me. He's very knowledgeable, never acts like he's in a hurry, gives you 100% of his attention, and then talks to you directly about what he thinks is wrong, or what he wants to try and then he always makes sure you are good with the plan and next steps of care. I have never had a doctor care so much, and not to mention that his staff is also great which is important because they set the tone of the place. They have always been more than helpful, I would never see a different doctor if it wasn't for the fact that I moved out of state. Now that I have moved I have realized even more than ever how hard it is to come by a good caring doctor. You will not be disappointed with this family practice in general as all the doctors are great but I have always referred my family and friends to Dr. Loveland.
