Since this is our vacation rental and we did not live local we had to drive 2 hours to get there. 10 o’clock came and left. No Jody, no phone call, and no text. I tried several times to call them, leaving messages and I was never contacted. I am sure this was a blessing in disguise (especially after reading the other reviews) because a company that is not conscious of how they treat their potential customers, is a company who usually does not care about satisfying them with good work either.
