Fernando was left to stain and seal the floors so we got to know him fairly well while waiting for the floors to dry. Since we can't afford to do all of our floors at once we asked Fernando if he would take on a new hardwood install in our tiny bathroom which he was kind enough to do. He even ok'd the job with the company he was working with when we first met him; which I feel quite certain not everyone would do. We love our new hardwood in our tiny bath. You honestly can't tell the new floors from the original hardwoods that Fernando feathered in beautifully. He was even kind enough to remove the wood from some previously pet stained boards while he was feathering in the new with the old. When we install the rest of our wood next February 2024, we will certainly be calling Fernando. He is a hardworking, kind person who not only listens to his clients but honestly seems to care about what they want. Not only that, but he does really great work! My mom sent payments to Flo in February with an estimated turn around time of 8-10 weeks. Flo has been RADIO SILENT and here we are in September. Flo has the barstools which themselves were $5,500 before tax and she has around $2k of payments from my mom. No one can get ahold of Flo, not even my moms interior designer who's in charge of the project. Without any explanation from Flo on the delay or status of the work, we are all left under the assumption that this is theft. My mother is newly widowed and this bench Flo was to make was a way to bring our old home with our dad to her new home. Flo has taken advantage of my mom and stolen at least $7500 in cash and goods from her. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH FLO OR ANY OF HER AFFILIATED BUSINESSES.
