Doug was super responsive via text and answered several of our questions without ever visiting. When we finally needed some assistance on site, he came the same day and fixed our issues promptly. He asked questions, listened carefully, and tackled the problems step by step to diagnose our electrical issues. Our 12v system (lights, fridge, fans) flickered or even turned off every time we stepped inside the RV. Turned out to be a simple fix with a broken battery disconnect but something we never would have thought to check. He also helped advise the best way to add a tandem breaker to add a washer/dryer in our rig. And he explained our electrical system thoroughly, much better than the dealer did so we now feel a lot more comfortable to get on the road.

It was not ok, so I called him the next day and he was busy that day, so when I inquired about the following day, he indicated it was supposed to rain and he did not work in the rain. I had to leave town, but under the circumstances I would have expected him to come out, but of course he would not have been able to charge me another service call, so no money. i would not use him again.

Mike is amazing. I have used his services three separate times and am completely satisfied…read more I own a 2013 29' Kodiak toy hauler with an 8' slide out. Mike has replaced my shower valve, bathroom faucet and flush valve on the toilet. I failed to properly winterize my trailer and each of these parts cracked. Mike is not inexpensive at $95.00 an hour but he is less expensive than an RV brick and mortar shop like Camping World or other repair facilities that routinely charge $150/ hour or more. I was all packed up and ready to go the Fourth of July weekend. I had to extend the slide out to gain access to the garage to get a set of keys when the slide just stopped. Nothing. No power at all. I spent two hours troubleshooting- reading the owners manual and checking online to no avail. I called Mike. He was at my location in 15 minutes. He showed me things about the slide and the electrical system on my RV that were not in the owners manual or anywhere I looked online. Mike educated me on the slide out and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes. He charged me $125.00 for the emergency call and I gladly paid him $140.00. If this issue had occurred after I arrived at my camping site I am certain I would have paid substantially more than that. Need someone who has years of experience and repairs RV's at a reasonable cost? Call Mike- I do.

Buying a home, with wheels or without, means you, or a business you trust, needs to do all the work…read moreto get your house back up to snuff. When I first bought my RV a year ago, the folks at Omega mentioned a few things that could/should be checked when they came out to look at my fan, but I really coildn't afford it then. Last summer it started raining on my couch. Yikes! Omega Mobile RV to the rescue and then some! They came out to look at the roof, and then gave my whole house a complete looking at like they wanted to do the first time. It was worth the visit to have a list of things that needed repair alone. The roof was in need of more that just a leak repair, it needed a whole new roof. Sure, the price scared me, but it was going to be inexpensive compared to a roof on a stationary house! Over the course of more than a week, they were up there removing damaged parts of the roof, cleaning and repairing stuff that could not wait, and then laying out a brand new roof with the RV specific roofing materials that would last. The transformation was amazing. And they finished just in time before the rains showed up! The water stayed OUTSIDE where it's supposed to be. Speaking of water, my bathroom had a leak, one I couldn't fix or figure out. It turned out that the big box RV place that had installed my toilet new shortly before I bought the RV, had damaged parts of the plumbing causing the leak in the first place. Omega Mobile RV very carefully repaired and replaced parts that they had quoted me a price on and did a fabulous job, and it turned out they fixed it quicker and for less than the estimate they gave me. They checked EVERYTHING!!! What a fantastic job they did!!! I'll be forever grateful for all their hard work!!! Speaking of hard work, one of my other ceiling fans had stopped working, and once again instead of buying a completely new fan, they ordered the parts to be able to test and repair the fan like they did for the first one, and saved me a fortune instead of insisting on a completely new fan like the big box place said would be required. Omega Mobile even showed me what they were doing so that if it happened again, I'd be able to fix it myself!!! The other major repair was my fridge/freezer!!! That also failed during the sumner, and Omega was able to source the parts to properly repair my fridge/freezer and get that working properly! Again for less than the big box RV place said it would cost! Best part, it was also less expensive than they had quoted me, again, thrilling me to no end. It felt like weeks of work, all the large and small things that needed to be repaired replaced, but every step of the way, they provided me with a careful up front estimate on parts and labor and gave me options in terms of how best to get it done, and they were completely honest and upfront about the costs. The best part was when the cost was less than their original quote because they were able to save me money. They got so much work done! My heater still needs service/repair but since I'm usually avoiding going places that cause me to need heat, I'm saving to have Omega Mobile RV Repair put in a new more efficient solar airconditioner!!! At this point Omega is my first and only call when my RV needs work. I love the fact that they are so careful and transparent about costs, and what a fantastic job they did on all the little things that make my home more livable!!! It's well worth the time and money I spent to have them carefully evaluate the things that needed repair and then provided me with an estmate so there were no suprises (except good ones) when it came time to get the work done. Would I call them again? Oh very much so!!!

1-Star Review - Omega Mobile RV Repair…read more I had Omega Mobile RV Repair come out to diagnose a water leak in my RV. I was charged both a service call fee and a diagnostic fee. During the visit, the technician spent a limited amount of time inspecting the issue and suggested that the leak was likely due to aging seals around the slides and windows. However, they were not able to confirm the exact source of the leak. I did receive a follow-up estimate, but I was ultimately advised to take the RV elsewhere for the repair. After the visit, I continued investigating the issue myself and found that the leak was actually coming from a bolt attachment on the slide awning--something that was not identified during their inspection. Based on my experience, I did not feel that the issue was thoroughly diagnosed despite being charged a diagnostic fee. I was also left unclear on why a service call was performed if the repair would not be completed. I will not be using their services again.

I want to say a special thank you to Josh -- the ASL wizard. I lost hearing in one ear recently,…read moreand Josh made the whole place feel like home instead of an audio-free bunker. If you're hard of hearing and someone signs, bring Josh into the loop -- he's your person. (He wasn't the one we bought from, but he still earns top marks.) We wanted out of our charmingly named death trap, "Titanic or Thor Hurricane." After visiting 12 dealers (yes, twelve -- feel free to gasp), we met Brett. Brett (coincidentally the same name as my husband), who goes by "Bam" for reasons nobody offered to explain. He was polite but clearly running on baby-duty exhaustion--lots of yawns--so I assumed a small child had declared war on his sleep. Still, he was attentive enough to lead us outside and show us three Class C diesels. Number 1 was my immediate favorite, as if a motorhome could wink. I told Bam plainly: give me what my husband and I want and you'll have a deal. I specified the trade-in value, zero fees (including the obligatory "prep fee"), and a discount off the price. Back inside he gave the classic salesperson line, "Let me see what I can do." Charmingly predictable. I replied, "Fine--then I'll take it to your sales manager myself," and walked over to Jonathan. Jonathan actually ran the numbers, agreed, and we shook hands. Deal made. We needed a day or two to sort funds, and during that interval something went wrong on their end. They fixed it--heroically and without drama--and more than made amends. All's well that ends with less thunder and more sensible wheels. We had a 1:30 PM appointment that Friday -- and yes, we were downgrading from a 30-foot storage palace to a 25-foot closet on wheels, so we needed time like a squirrel needs nuts. I asked to reschedule and they squeezed us in at 8:30 AM. Woo-hoo. We needed every minute. Brett was off at his son's soccer game on Friday, but Jonathan was there -- gave me a hug, said it was great doing business, and promised a photo with the new unit. He slipped away before I could catch him, so I cornered Jeff instead; he heroically posed with our rig and was lovely. This is our 5th rig. The team we bought from in NY were excellent, and these folks were too -- from Josh (ASL hero) to Deanna (walk-through pro). Tell them exactly what you want and make it clear you'll buy if they deliver. They're polite, easy to deal with, and if anything goes wrong, they'll fix it. We have now been in our Winnebego View for a month ( I think !! ) and although we had to do some minor things like clear the water line of corosion to get hot water and fix the DEF which we researched and new about it's been great. We will be going to back to see Bam ( Brett ) to get a Super C when we are ready.

We first saw them at the RV Show and were excited to visit the dealership in person. Unfortunately, our experience at the dealership wasn't as positive. We found the sales approach to be more high-pressure than we were comfortable with, and the pricing didn't feel as transparent as we expected. Between various fees, specials, and pricing structures, it became difficult to understand the true cost of the RV, which ultimately led us to take our business elsewhere. If you're shopping for an RV, it's worth visiting to see their inventory, but I'd recommend carefully reviewing the final pricing and asking plenty of questions before making a decision.
