The weekend before a family trip to Montana, one of my trailer axles failed catastrophically while I was loading up to leave. What made it even more frustrating was that another shop had recently inspected and repacked the bearings, yet the axle still smoked and failed shortly afterward. When I called Henry's, they were already slammed with work and initially didn't have room in the schedule. After hearing my situation and understanding that I had a family trip planned, Holly and the team went out of their way to fit me in. That kind of customer service is rare these days. They replaced my axles, got everything taken care of quickly, and gave me confidence that the trailer was ready for a long trip. We successfully made it all the way to Montana and back down the west coast, 4300 miles without a single issue. Holly was amazing throughout the process, and the entire team was accommodating, professional, and clearly takes pride in their work. We eventually finished the conversation through Facebook messenger Later, I gave him another opportunity and asked if he would consider $4,200 during the winter, when boating is slower. Once again, he said no. That's his choice, and I have no problem with someone standing firm on their price. What I do have a problem with is discovering afterward that he left me a negative Facebook review simply because I questioned his pricing and chose not to buy his trailer. After reading the comments and doing some additional research, I also learned about the problems he apparently had in Havasu before picking up and leaving. At some point, when the negative reviews keep piling up, you have to stop blaming everyone else and take a hard look at yourselves. This experience tells me plenty about how Royce handles people who don't simply agree with him. Buyers should read the reviews. I would not consider doing any business with this shop. As for Royce's partner, I hope you have a great time responding to my review, as you do to all the other negative reviews. At some point, though, the common denominator in all of these negative experiences might not be the customers. How can you complain about negative reviews, when you're doing the same thing.
