This is my trailer's battery, connected to the solar panel by East Country Trailer Repair. I never have to worry about a dead battery again.

I had a tire tack installed inside my trailer by a N. CA shop. The rack was designed to hang on vertical studs....the initial installers at Shop X missed this key feature. I brought the car to East County Trailer Repair to get this fixed before it pulled out of the studs and fell off the trailer wall. In the process they found other electrical problems that I had suspected...they corrected them. They don't just repair trailers, based on my recent experience, they can troubleshoot and fix electrical problems, they do fabrication as required, made me a very slick mount for my trailer's solar panel, and wired it to my trailer's deep cycle battery. They have lots of talent on staff, and their office Manager Christine is a delight. They do lots of other things that you will be amazed to see upon your first visit. I'll say no more: Don't want to spoil your visit. If you need work done on a trailer, and you want it done right the first time, East County Trailer Repair is the place for you.

I was hauling a new car down to my boss in San Diego and planning on bringing his old vehicle back to the dealership in Carson City Nevada, when I had a very unfortunate run in with a concrete guard post in a very tight gas station. I apparently bent both the fender and the axle. Three of us, myself, the big boss down in San Diego, and my immediate supervisor back home, were calling various repair shops in the southern CA area. Time and time again these shops had me bring the trailer to them for repairs resulting in my dragging that car hauler trailer on three wheels everywhere from Parris, to Riverside, to Ontario only to find out once I got there they didn't work on axles. Finally two of us called East County and by that time we knew the exact question to ask "if the axle is bent or broken do you repair or replace axles?" Even their receptionist was confident in her providing her answer and I immediately drove from Riverside down to their shop in El Cajon. After all the frustration of dragging that trailer throughout S. CA, two of their guys came out, took a quick look and very confidently told me in no uncertain terms they could repair it for me so that I could get back on the road. They were able to fit me in just two days later, and the confidence that they had displayed they backed up with a fast and excellent repair job. If you need trailer repairs in the Southern CA area, this is definitely the place to go! I will be a supporter of theirs for life!

    My new travel trailer!!

Thank you for scheduling me so quickly after purchasing a new travel trailer. I needed scissor stabilizers, brakes repacked, and new tires. In addition, when picking up the trailer the owner told me I needed a brake controller! Very helpful information!!

We Made it to Montana!!!…read more I can't say enough good things about Henry's Trailers. The weekend before a family trip to Montana, one of my trailer axles failed catastrophically while I was loading up to leave. What made it even more frustrating was that another shop had recently inspected and repacked the bearings, yet the axle still smoked and failed shortly afterward. When I called Henry's, they were already slammed with work and initially didn't have room in the schedule. After hearing my situation and understanding that I had a family trip planned, Holly and the team went out of their way to fit me in. That kind of customer service is rare these days. They replaced my axles, got everything taken care of quickly, and gave me confidence that the trailer was ready for a long trip. We successfully made it all the way to Montana and back down the west coast, 4300 miles without a single issue. Holly was amazing throughout the process, and the entire team was accommodating, professional, and clearly takes pride in their work. The fact that they're so busy is a testament to the quality of their reputation and workmanship. If you need trailer service, repairs, or axle work, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Henry's Trailers. They turned a potential trip-ending disaster into a great family vacation.

These guys are professional scammers. Let these guys do electrical work at your own risk. Oscar put…read morethe parts behind him during installation and didn't show me, answered my questions regarding which parts are being replaced wi the vague answers, looked frustrated when I asked for specifics. I asked are you replacing the whole power center box or just the converter section? He told me the whole box. I asked if it was new and he said yes. Good technicians and real electricians can explain things to you and be transparent because they have nothing to hide. I paid $500 for my own used parts to be used again from my old unit and before I even had the chance to call the owner out on it (who seems to be in on the fraud, he was waiting in the car the entire time), he blocked me. I hired this company to replace the converter in my trailer after water entered through the vent and the unit began smoking and making a whining noise. I was charged $100 for a diagnosis, but Oscar immediately replaced the entire power center box without explaining what was actually being replaced. When I asked Oscar if the converter and other components would be new, I was told it would be a "new box." However, after the installation my lights began flickering and within minutes most of the interior lights stopped working (only the kitchen light remained on). All lights were functioning before the installation. When I contacted the technician, he said the job was complete and that I only hired him to replace the converter, not troubleshoot the lights. This was confusing because he had already replaced the entire unit instead of just the converter module. I later had another technician inspect the system and was told that several parts were not new. The converter appears to be refurbished, my old fuses were reused, and the circuit board also looks old and dusty. I was also charged for three breakers that appear to be the same ones that were already in the unit. Oscar did refund $100 after I raised concerns, but the electrical system is still not functioning properly and I will have to pay another technician to fix it. I recommend asking very detailed questions about what parts are actually being replaced (converter module vs full power center) and whether the components are new, refurbished, or reused before agreeing to the repair. I also found an entire unit for $179 that includes fuse box, fuses, converter module, and breakers online. I feel scammed and disappointed. I was going to keep this private but after inspecting the parts, it really is not fair and misleading he used my own old parts while presenting as new and then put me in a situation where I would have to pay more to fix the fuses, diagnose again, and "trouble shoot lights" when that was already part of the original problem. I was also told by the new tech that wires were taped. Not professional work at all. I feel bad leaving a bad review but they marked up the price on all of these components and intentionally misled me. He also didn't give me a door for the unit so it is exposed. He intentionally misled me which is the same as scamming someone. Do not trust their 5 star reviews.

They repaired my RV awning quickly, did a great job, and charged a fair price. This wasn't my first experience with them either -- last year they installed a tankless water heater for me, and that was also a very positive experience. Professional, reliable, and easy to work with. I highly recommend them for any RV repair or upgrade needs.
