From the first call to the final walkthrough, this crew was buttoned up. Carlos came out for the site visit and estimate. He walked the kitchen with me, listened to what we wanted, and gave me a clear, honest quote with no games or upsells. He knew his stuff and made recommendations that actually made the space look better than what I had originally sketched out. Danelle in the office handled all the scheduling and coordination and was a pleasure to deal with. Responsive, organized, and easy to reach when I had questions. In a world where a lot of contractors go dark on you between the estimate and the install date, she kept everything moving. Then Vince showed up to do the actual work and he was outstanding. Total pro. Clean, careful, meticulous with the wiring and placement, respectful of the cabinets and countertops, and the finished result looks fantastic. The lighting is even, warm, and exactly what we were going for. You can tell he takes real pride in his work. He walked me through everything when he was done and left the kitchen spotless. They also removed a non-functional chandelier in our dining area and caped it. They arrived right on time, completed their work well before the estimated time, and cleaned up after. Their work was detailed with the added bonus of not requiring any dry wall patching / painting.
