We recently had the flooring replaced at RV Interiors by Donna and are extremely happy with the entire job!! I did not proceed with the estimate from this company as I was not satisfied they were qualified to do the work I requested. I had them give me an estimate to replace some fans (easy, peace of cake), as well as install solar and an inverter. They told me what I wanted to do with the inverter was impossible because using a transfer switch between an inverter and shore power is somehow different from using it from an onboard generator and shore power (it isn't...this is the premise of every solar setup, modern generators are literally an inverter connected to an engine in one unit instead of an inverter connected to a battery bank). Instead what they proposed doing was to install a separate set of power outlets instead of using the 5 that were already in place. So they'd have to completely strip down the whole unit. Turns out what I wanted to do is quite possible and just watching a couple youtube videos of experienced solar installers will make that clear. I don't feel like maybe Zamp vets their installer network properly, which is how I found this company. I'm just going to proceed to buy the parts and do the work myself. read more

Really bad service, especially for the amount of money I spent. They scratched the new flooring they put in and tried to deliver it to me that way. Then they only filled it in and didn't even replace the planks that were scratched. And they also pulled out some screws holding in a piece for the under belly storage, and of course they blame that on me....it wasn't broken when I brought it there. And the topper is they sent me an invoice to fix what they broke! read more

We took our motorhome to this business to have the furniture reupholstered. Also, the roof satellite dish was not working and the car in dash stereo was not working properly. In the open space, we told the owner "Bob" (Robert Johnson) we wanted to install two (2) captain's chairs with seat belts for passengers. So, in all there were five (5) items we wanted repaired and installed. Bob showed us a catalogue of RV chairs and we selected a model. I questioned him several times that these chairs would be mounted on a base, with seat belts attached to the chairs and he repeated told me yes. He also told us several times he has people that could repair the satellite antenna/dish, along with the stereo. We selected the upholstery for the couch and chairs and the new flooring. Bob told us it would be done in about four (4) weeks but could take no more than six (6) weeks. We agreed and paid half done to start. After five (5) weeks I called and was told the chairs were not in yet. I asked about the satellite and stereo and was told no one had looked at it yet. Three weeks later I called again and was told the chairs were being shipped and it just happened that someone was going to look at the stereo and satellite that day. I heard nothing from them until two (2) weeks later calling to say the motorhome was ready to be picked up and we needed to pay the remaining balance. We arrived to pick up the motorhome and were not allowed in it until Bob could show us the work. We when inside and the flooring looked excellent and the reupholstered furniture looked great. However instead of captain's chairs, there were two (2) residential chairs. The seat belts were attached to the wall by the floor and the seat belts were wrapped around the chair backs. I pointed out this was not what we ordered and this was not safe by any means. Bob told us the chairs are not moving and it was ok for someone to sit in them while the motorhome was being driven. I reached down to the bottom of one of the chairs and pulled it forward and it fell to the floor. I pointed out again this is not what were ordered and nowhere near what we expected. Bob informed us that this is what we now have and there was nothing he could do about it. Bob (the company owner) refused to refund our money for the chairs, and we had to pay the remaining amount to take our motorhome. When paying, I noticed a charge of $125 to "diagnose and repair or replace stereo" with the caption radio needs antenna and cable for unit to work. I questioned that since the radio and the satellite dish had not been repaired. Bob told me he had to pay for the technician's time and the technician was unable to do anything. Also, it was beyond his control what I had to pay for this service. Bob refused several times to refund the cost of the chairs (which is $2080 including shipping). Bob said it was his misunderstanding about what we wanted but we still had to pay for the chairs because they were custom ordered. Bob stated it was a mistake but his company would not pay for it. Bob had one of his employees remove the two (2) seatbelts by the chairs and wrote us a check for $80 (the cost of the seatbelts) but did not refund any labor charges. Bob followed us out of the office saying "I don't like having pissed off customers but it's out of my hands" and "he is willing to take the chairs and sell them on consignment so we can get some of our money back". He was told that would not be satisfactory and he again said it was out of his hands, even though he owns the company. The summation of this transaction is RV Interiors by Donna was contracted to perform five (5) services in approximately 4-6 weeks. The outcome was two (2) services were done exceptionally, two (2) were not but charged for and the last was not even close to what was contracted. It was a $2125 mistake on who we trusted to do work for us. Just be aware of the way this company does business, they lack integrity and accountability. Their only concern is getting your money. read more

When traveling it's hard to find a place you can really trust with your RV. RV Interiors by Donna helped us with a warranty problem with our shades. They bent over backwards to help us. Terrible service. Unorganized from the beginning. The lady working the desk should be a mile from any customer facing job. Rude as heck, and has no idea what Bob, the owner is doing with your vehicle. Bob agreed to build me a custom table, and install it with attachments where I could hang it, but waited until I dropped it off, and put it out of commission, to tell me he changed his mind, and didn't want to do it. I decided to have it done differently against my better judgement, and he forgot to install cup holders, as we had discussed the first day. He said he forgot, and there is no doubt he forgets a lot. Unfortunately, the customer isn't always right in this place, and I will be taking my future business elsewhere. read more
