Fantastic! I first heard of RMDS from Stephan, a gent who was going door to door in my neighborhood after one of these recent storms. My truck had substantial damage with all the hail we received and while I did want it fixed, I had no idea where to take it. My truck is my pride & joy, I didn't want just anyone fixing it. While I'll admit, I was a bit anxious to try a new shop, I must say that based on my experience, I would recommend RMDS again and again, and ensure they are the first business I call for body damage in the future. Jason the owner called me directly to help ease my initial concerns and educate me on the process and Bianca in the office was great at providing me updates each step of the way. I have a smart car - it's difficult to find people who will do any sort of body work or even know how to do work on smart cars (without taking it back to the dealership). I've been here a couple times (for a dented bumper and smashed tail light) and each time my car comes out like new. Their customer service is great. They are always friendly and very accommodating to your needs and schedule. I know they are called a "dent service" but they've done more for me than just get small dents out. Jason and his crew were able to get my vehicle in, estimated, and fully repaired in less than a week. They were extremely knowledgable and professional. When the work on my vehicle was completed, they washed and vacuumed it out, which saved me a trip to get it detailed. Kevin came out and looked at my car and was able to get my car into the shop within a couple of days - right after a terrible hail storm and while other body shops were scheduling cars out months in advance. Kevin followed up with me almost every day. They fixed all the hail damage AND any other dent I had on my car. I had a horrible dent on the seam of my trunk lid that 2 other body shops told me they would need to replace my trunk lid and repaint. These guys got it out and didn't charge me extra! I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Jason and his crew! After my 2014 Jeep got caught in a recent hail storm, I was devastated. To make matters worse, the claims adjustor wrote an estimate that I felt was pretty low. Having had no experience with paintless dent repair, I was skeptical with the whole process. That's when Jason and his crew at Rocky Mountain Dent service, Inc took the reins. Without an appointment, Jason and Troy spent all the time necessary to complete a thorough estimate. Turns out my gut was right. The insurance company had come in low with their estimate. Not to worry. Jason utilized his incredible eye for detail and professional demeanor to contact the insurance company with a more accurate estimate. The insurance company sent another claims adjustor out and they agreed that there had been some damage that had been missed in the original estimate. Also, we had an issue with a rental car through the insurance company. Jason helped us out and arranged for a rental car for us and even for a ride from his shop to the rental company. Once I got the call that the repairs had been made and the Jeep was ready to be picked up, I couldn't wait to see how it turned out. I was simply blown away! The Jeep looked brand spanking new! I even had to have a new hood installed which required paint. The color is a unique color, and I was blown away that they were able to have it matched up perfectly! Completely flawless work, They even detailed the Jeep before we picked it up and it was like driving it off of the showroom floor all over again. They did an ok job getting the hail damage out but they had to repaint my hood and it came out horrible. I had them repaint it and it still doesn't look right. Then they left dirty fingerprints all over my white roof liner and the front fenders have huge gaps in between the hood and the fenders. Just An over all bad experience. read more

Very nice people but horrible experience, I took my car to them a couple years ago, they said it would be about 2-3 weeks for it to get done, I was happy with that at first. It took longer than that, about 2 months if not a little longer. I got my car back and there were things on there that weren't right, it looked like they painted it, took a course sand paper across all of the paint and then put clear coat over it, there was more errors that I kept finding after that. I called them and told them everything that I found, they took it back, had it for about another 3-4 weeks, I finally got it back and there was still more things wrong with it, I called them and told them again, they had a gentleman come out he fixed the mistakes that I had found. However recently looking at my car I noticed that they never put clear coat back on my paint (or at least not on my hood), so now I have rock chips in my hood all the way to the metal, I wanted to see if there was actual clear coat or if was truly just paint, so I found one of the rock chips and put my fingernail under it and it just was a super thin piece of paint, definitely no clear coat was applied. I liked Jason, he was very very professional and made sure everything went as smooth as he could but I don't think his team was super experienced. Sadly I don't think that I would ever take my car back just because of the experience I had but I would recommend working with Jason himself I just wish his team was experienced like himself. read more
