Jime (front office manager) and Jaime (paint & body work manager) and their team did a PHENOMENAL JOB with this car! FIBERGLASS ALERT!?!?!!?!....sirens, bells, whistles going off!?!?!!? I tried calling on no less than six other places including two other Maaco shops and couldn't find anyone who would touch a Corvette but these guys had no problem and were openly honest from the second I walked in! Then they try to refer me to their paintless dent removal that I have to pay for to get them dents out which I told them to make sure they got everything fixed before they painted it I was willing to pay whatever it costed to get the dance fixed before it got painted. I know it's an older car and 85 Monte Carlo but there's got to be a way to check for dents before they paint They did a good job on the door jambs and the hood and inside the trunk but where it really mattered they missed.

Fred Loya is terrible to work with but Art's is used to their games. Art's Auto Body is the only bright spot I've had dealing with my broken car for the last month. Tons of excuses, nearly half-a-dozen "two more weeks" calls yet the job continued to run out. Communication was seriously lacking, at one point the manager promised me "100% guarantee the truck will be done early next week" that ran till 5 pm the following Friday. The truck has door gaps ranging from 1/16 of an inch to 9/16th of an inch. It appears no attempt was made to level the body work/door and there was no sound proofing put into the new door, it sounds like a 50 gallon steel drum. Manager claimed they discounted the work (it was an insurance pay) but there is no record of this discount on any receipt. I would not recommend this body shop, poor customer service, poor quality, poor communication, inability to complete work in a timely manner.
