My suggestion would be to look for an RV elsewhere because once they get their money they are done with you. No follow up, they do not return calls. They have no concern over issues they put in writing they would fix and they owe us a tv which we cannot even get an answer about because they will not call you back. Have reached out to the finance bank so they know what is going on with this business. Very disappointed in the whole process, this is not how you run a successful business. Did not keep in touch with us regarding the status of our new camper. No one would return my calls. I had to call the manufacturer (Keystone) to get updates. They were great!! Once camper arrived at RV One the communication didn't get any better. And then once we received our camper there were just tons of things wrong with it. Some they fixed While there (but mostly quick fixes , not correct fixes). Others we didn't notice until later. Luckily my husband is handy and could fix things. With all the "inspections" that we were told were done, it's amazing that so many things could be missed. Disappointed overall in the communication and the poor sloppy service. read more

NOT RECOMMENDED!!! GO TO ANY OTHER RVOne LOCATION BUT THIS ONE. I wish we can speak highly about our experience at RVOne in Gainesville, unfortunately, we can't. For over three years, we were dreaming of purchasing a teardrop trailer, in July of this year, we finally went to RVOne in Gainesville to buy one. Everyone on the floor was nice, the receptionist had a face but once you spoke to her, she lightened up. Once there we sat down with the finance people while the service people gets our 2020 Outback and the teardrop ready to roll. I was happy to get a $100.00 gift card for their shopping center, it's usually only $30.00, I wasn't sure if Brad gave us the $100.00 gift card because I was a veteran or something else. By the time I went out to do the walk around, the service people stated I was required to purchase close to $300.00 worth of equipment and supplies, one is a remote braking attachment that applies the brakes for your Teardrop, A DEVICE THAT COST $249.99, A DEVICE THAT I REALLY DID NOT NEED (didn't know that until we got home). Obviously, they were trying to make their money back in regards to the gift card. WE SHOULD HAVE TAKEN A BETTER LOOK IN THE WALK AROUND. We were tired, it was the end of the day and we drove from Deland, FL. When we finally got the Free Solo OG home, we found a bunch of things wrong with the trailer, Solar connect was not connected correctly, right interior speaker cracking, the adapter for the water hose and sink was not compatible, scratch marks throughout the interior walls, rust stains, the Free Solo Sticker on the passenger side was place crooked. After discovering all this, on July 14, we called RVOne in Gainesville to see what we can do and maybe speak to someone in service. She placed me on hold for about a minute or two and came back to the phone and stated that everyone is busy at the moment and that if she could get my callback number so service can call me back, they never did. I called again and was placed on hold forever, I never got to speak to a service person. They make it very clear to you that they have no responsibility regarding the trailer once it rolls off their lot and if I needed to fix a defective item, I would have to go to the manufacture. What happen to the Quality Care Control Inspection or customer service? On July 18th 2022, we wrote to RVOne explaining our concerns and kindly ask to return the remote braking system and to have RVOne pay for the sink adapter I had to replaced which cost $58.14. We got no reply. We understand that these trailers are parked in Florida hot weather and things are bond to happen but this is a little too much to accept. We had planned to make the Free Solo part of us so yes I replaced all four speakers added LED's and making it more us. So we are not asking for the money we spent on the speakers, etc, we were just asking to be refunded the amount of money we spent on a defective item and for a device that I never needed in the first place. We bought our first hybrid camper (2020 Rockwood Roo 235s) from RV One in Alachua Fl. We pretty much knew what we wanted but wanted to check out some floor plans for ourselves. Our salesmen, Phil, was no pressure and let us look around without being by our side every minute but he did answer any questions we had. The buying experience was very straight forward and I appreciate their honesty. They also installed a slide awning that did not come with it. Their team did an awesome job making sure that everything on the camper is working (which is a blessing since we live 2 hours away) and did a thorough job of showing us everything. A friend recommended this Stealership because one of his old friends worked there. I get there look around decide on one we like, put down the fully refundable deposit as they called it, do some paperwork and go home. The following day My wife and I do a little thinking decide it's not a good time to buy right now and call them up to cancel the sale at which point I am informed that in the paperwork they had me fill out wasn't for the deposit it was a buyers contract and credit application. Now not just once but several times did I make it clear to the salesman as well as finance manager that I was unsure that we'd be taking it home and that I was only comfortable putting down a deposit but unbeknownst to me they slid me the contract. I told every employee I talked to over the next weeks that this was unacceptable and I wouldn't be buying the camper and told them I'd be contacting a lawyer. So now I'm stuck buying a camper I don't want, I even consulted with a lawyer and they were not very optimistic about the situation. The GM then calls me and says the best they can do is change the collateral which is a paltry compromise because either way at this point they've taken my money. So at least now I only have a 12,000 dollar camper rather than a 22,000 dollar camper. Then they tell me that the paperwork needs to be done before the first payment on the old loan is due which was the coming Monday so I'm forced to drive to Gainesville to sign paperwork the Friday before the Monday my wife is set to be induced with our son and then to add insult to injury I get there and am forced to wait nearly 40 minutes for them to prepare and print the paperwork that was supposed to be waiting for me when I got there. To top the whole situation off the bank calls me, because the Stealership drug their feet sending the new paperwork in, trying to collect on a late payment, I informed the Bank associate of my situation and she told me that cancellation of the loan was completely up to the dealership and they didn't really have power over that. So now I know either M&T Bank is lying to me or the people at RVOne. The day I go pick up the cheaper camper I picked out I told this story to the service guys and they were appalled but not at all surprised. So in summary DO NOT I repeat DO NOT buy here under any circumstances they are out for nothing but money and don't care how badly they have to screw you over to get it, while legally they didn't break any laws in theory I feel that morally this deal was absolutely straight up robbery. read more
