Even tho i payed up front for the service parts through them including sprockets but they had to reorder my rear sprocket twice then said it wouldnt be there for a month...so i personally bought a sprocket(3rd one) and had it shipped in 2 days. I call a few days latter they tell me they waisted a whole day CUTTING ON MY BIKE TO MAKE A PEG MOUNT FIT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION when it was obvious that the factory sent two front mounting sets for both rear and front peg sets. 2 more weeks later I go to get my bike and there is a huge dent in the tank with cracked paint showing clean metal under and they called me a liar when i said thats new and wasnt there before. So i pay the bill with SEVERE DISTRESS from the yelling they were doing. but now the bike makes a clicking noise up front a grinding noise in back the bolt on parts are all loose one of the foot pegs that I had them put on fell off before I even made it 20 min home and it's gone that's $40 wasted and the other were loose and falling off.... the chains too tight the brake light is applying for some unknown reason NONE OF MY LIGHTS ARE WORKING ANYMORE. all of a sudden the clutch doesn't even disengage fully when it's in the first gear and you hold the clutch down and you revv the engine and it tries to take off. It no longer has the cammed lope idle sound..it sounds like its misfiring. I found wires on the handle controls not plugged back in. They stripped out the tank bolts. Made the rear plastics very loose and noisy. The handle grips aren't installed all the way on. And the bike never had a single issue and would take off instantly but now when you twist the throttle the rpms tack out then drop down to 4k and then starts to accelerate..no response at all anymore. absolutely the worst mechanics to work on your motorcycle ever in this world completely incompetent and utterly disrespectful. I NEED HELP I PAYED FOR THEM TO SERVICE AND RESTORE AND THEY GAVE ME BACK A DEATH TRAP i dont have much money to fix what they broke. They forced me to pay or threatened to make me forfit my title.

I had considered just buying a new seat, but figured I should at least investigate the cost of just getting it recovered. I did some research and found Broadway Upholstery here in Gainesville. I have driven past the place countless times as it is on one of my routes between home and work, but never realized it was even there. I will chalk that up to it just being a place that I have never needed before, so it doesn't fit into my visibility. So I went in and talked to the guys there, showed them the seat, and they said it would not be a problem and gave me a quote that I found to be quite reasonable. Brought the seat in the next day, and they had it recovered in a couple of hours. I also looked at some of the other work that they were doing in the workshop, and their craftsmanship was excellent. It looks as good as new! The vinyl covering is thicker than it was originally, which means it should last at least as long as the original did. A great job, and I definitely recommend these guys for your recovering needs.

The technician finished looking around and came to explain that he knew exactly what needed to be done in order to fix all of our issues. He explained that there would be a cheaper option and a very expensive option to get our AC units up and working again, he knew all the parts needed to get us back up and running again. So after All the diagnostic was done we were told that we would get our diagnostic bill and as soon as it was paid, we would get a list by end of day for parts that were needed to fix our issues and quote to do the work, at the time of deposit we would also get an idea of when to schedule for them to come out and finish with repairs. Then I had to reach out to them in the middle of the next day because I still had not heard from them, they threw together a parts list that was not completed compared to what the technician had explained to us. When I responded and said that parts were missing, I was told that additional diagnostic was needed. But would not be charged additional diagnostic, Neither would any additional service call fees for any additional visits. So I reluctantly paid the deposit for parts. I was sent a receipt for parts, but no additional communication on estimated time of arrival for parts or communication on when they would possibly be out depending on parts arrival, Nothing. In my history of dealing with contractors, that's sketchy, Not hearing from them at all after paying for parts. During this time I had reached out and informed them that I had a family member pass away and was working on funeral arrangements as well as needing to travel out of state for another dire family situation so I needed them to keep up with me so I knew what was going on and keep my schedule on track. And I was met with no communication until I called and left an irate voicemail about customer service and communication, and how I felt I was being scammed out of my money. Only then did I get response on an approximation on when parts would arrive, and it would be two weeks and a day later. They were 45 minutes late for appointment, showed up, no word to my wife or myself and just switch off our power. The propane part was incorrectly installed in 15 minutes, but the original technician that came during diagnostic visit was back STILL FOCUSED ON MAKING YOUTUBE VIDEOS FOR the whole 30 mins he was here. Came in, told us EXACTLY what he told us the first time, packed up and left, still with no AC and 10 minutes later I got a labor bill sent to me for $500! At this point, I had had enough with the games. I reached out again and explained that I was not paying $500 for them to be 45 minutes late for a 30 minute job where, the communication sucked, and nothing was fixed properly, was just given the same information as the diagnostic visit, and yet they still needed extra parts that we're supposed to be ordered the first time around. I went back-and-forth with their customer service representative most of the day until they got snippy and said that they would reach out to the owner to figure out what they could do.... The next day I was told that what I signed for was completed and that I would need more parts in order to finish the job where I was then sent another quote for an additional $1200 in parts and labor service call fee. The best thing that they could do for us would be to credit us an hour of labor for all of our troubles. Which I still had to go in and have them change three times because the credit wasn't added on the quote properly.... The numbers just kept going up, after the third time of correcting them I noticed they were still trying to charge that service call fee even after saying they wouldn't for additional visits. Month and half later, I have had a different technician company Fix their mess with far better communication and customer service, and confirmed the parts ordered initially for our Ac unit was not needed, and if they would have done the repairs to our third ac unit that they planned on doing it would have caused a fire because the unit was in far worse condition than they lead us to believe!
