That is, after all, what a review is for. To clarify, I contacted you through this app on the 20th, you are correct. However, I called and spoke with someone on the 9th, 11 days before commenting through this app. He asked what I had to move, did it have stairs and where was I moving from and to where and also asked what date I needed you for. I told him the date that I had to be out by was the 30th and I could be flexible as long as it was by the 30th. He informed me that someone would be contacting me back with a price and date at that time. I never heard back anything by phone and even tried calling again with no answer a couple of times. I then posted through this app with the project scheduling on the 20th, four days before your defensive comment back to me, without an apology, I might add. If I could give zero stars for this company I would just on the basis of you not offering an apology for my experience and getting defensive with me when I'm just posting my experience with your company for others to be able to make an informed decision based on reviews. This isn't personal, I don't know you. I just simply did not have a good experience with your company.

He hadn't even paid us what we paid him ($717+) for replacing our broken windshield with another broken windshield and damaging our car extensively. Came to our home and did $3000 damage to my Mercedes Benz. Replaced my cracked windshield with another cracked windshield. Tore out pieces of interior leather. Scratched interior leather and parts of exterior all around windshield. Had to have car towed to dealership. Siding of windshield blew off on highway. Nothing recalibrated ie windshield defrost, cameras, windshield seal not replaced. Installed a cheap Japanese brand windshield not compatible with car. Felt ring blowing through sides of windshield first time I drove it. Was at our home for hours. Left trash, equipment, black smudges inside car. Car was at Mercedes for 3 months being repaired. Zero damage to my car except cracked windshield prior to Chris Edward's service. At first said they would reimburse and make it right then refused. Sent a letter of demand from our attorney. We called Chris, and he was at our vehicle within 30 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad starter, took my husband to pick up the replacement part, then came back and installed it. Before he even came out, Chris was upfront about the small diagnostic/travel fee, and once he confirmed the issue, he explained the labor cost before doing any work. The labor charge felt very fair for an emergency mobile repair that got us back on the road so quickly. One thing to know is that he only accepts cash, so be prepared if you need his services. If we had waited until the next day to have the van towed to a shop, we would have spent much more on a hotel, towing, and the repair itself. Instead, Chris saved our family a lot of time, stress, and money. We made it all the way to our destination without any issues. We highly recommend Chris if you're looking for a trustworthy, responsive, and knowledgeable mobile mechanic.
