Our Monaco Dynasty Motorhome was sold by Gary, on consignment, without notification or payment exceeding 30 days. We contacted him every week after we found that it had sold & got poor excuses why he did not have the money for us. After several weeks of this and many times of not getting a call back, I contacted the Eugene Police, they suggested filing a complaint with the Oregon DMV. I ended up talking with an Oregon DMV Investigator who, after hearing my complaint, said she would call RV Sales of Oregon and get back to me. Do not use this business if you are looking to consign. We brought our 5th wheel in for consignment in October of 2024 for six months. Dan asked what we wanted for it. We said $14,000. It was listed on their website for $30K. After nine months of no communication, we lowered our asking price to $11K. They did not change the website price. We told them that we would come get it after three months. We did get a call in the last week of that time period (11 months after the consignment) that our rig had been sold. Caveat emptor! Gary sold our consigned RV without notification or payment exceeding 30 days. I found out as I had listed motorhome for sale on Facebook and RV Trader and the buyer contacted me. The buyer thought I was a scammer listing HER RV for sale. I called RV Sales of Oregon four times over four days and did not get a response as to why the RV was sold without notice or payment. I then contacted an investigator with the DMV. Once she made contact with the business, I then received a call the next day and payment was scheduled. Furthermore, the investigator discovered we weren't the only consignors who this happened too - and the other owners were not notified or paid at that time. Gary will receive, at minimum, two $1,000 fines for not payment after a sale exceeding 10 days. The amount that was held and not paid on time exceeded $100,000. Additionally, the RV had floor damage after sitting in the lot over one year. Damage that wasn't there when we turned over possession. The new owner was not permitted to test drive and RV Sales of Oregon didn't even bother to clean the inside or outside. If you're a buyer, be sure to get an inspection before purchasing. read more

I have never met a group of people whose job is to sale motorhomes, that cared more for me than they did selling me a motorhome and making money for themself. Robbie was particularly helpful. He answered every question I had honestly and with NO pressure to buy. I was treated like I was a family member. I highly recommend you contact this group of people for all of your RV needs. So I bought a 22' 1987 Ford Travcraft. This being my first Motorhome I didn't want to spend a bunch. From the moment I contacted Oregon RV Sales they were helpful. Robbie met me at the train station. They allowed me to stay on-site. I was provided a shower and the use of their washer and dryer. I made use of the neighborhood bar & restaurant right down the road. But MOST IMPORTANTLY; Shane and his technicians made sure that my tiny home was as move in ready as they could make it. Brakes and rotors, furnace work, propane regulator valve, resealed the roof, new seal for the commode, new shore power cord, insured the refrigerator was operating correctly, and new vent caps (I'm sure I'm missing a few things). I just one hour before purchased new batteries from a different retailer. After two times changing the wiring (I switched from 12V to 6V on my RV) I left thinking all was right until I heard a noise stopped to investigate and saw my refrigerator and some other 12V accessories were not working. Luckily I was parked on the road near to a couple RV dealers. Called them and one of them said they might be able to help. There shop he said was 2.2 miles up the road (I love that accuracy) I proceeded there and within 30 minutes the owner himself, Shane, found and fixed the problem for a reasonable fee. Maybe it was just the timing, but I recommend this place. Fast, friendly, reasonable, efficient, knowledgeable, what more can you ask for. The rattle disappeared too BTW. read more

These people will leave you in the air once you signed the contract and everything. We didn't have the warranty because we got a used RV and declined the extended warranty that was offered to us. But they said that if we ever had and initial issue just give them a call and they're gonna take care of us. The Rv didn't come with a manual. I called them over and over to ask if they could find one for me as there was nothing that could be found online. Never heard back. Something came off of the bottom of the RV the day after we took it home. So we gave them a call. The guy who was answering the phone was rude and said it wasn't their responsibility. I asked if we could just get a manual they said that if it had a manual it would just be in the RV. We have no idea how to operate this thing and barely remembered anything that was taught on the day we bought it. You cannot expect us to retain all the information that was squeezed in one hour! Our salesperson promised that hey would give us a brand new stabilizer if we make a bigger offer so that they could seal the deal already. But what we got was a useless stabilizer with a missing part. He said we could just buy them for cheap at rv supplies store! Im never dealing with these people again! And would not recommend them to anyone! read more

Craig was able to locate exactly the coach we wanted, an older Country Coach model 36 Allure. She is beautiful. RV sales of Oregon had meticulously gone through every item, and even got us new tires and vent covers. They took our fifth wheel in trade and allowed us to stay in their lot to move our possessions into our new coach. They followed up on all promises, and made sure everything was like new instead of old and worn. (Definitely not like our past camper purchase experiences) They even asked us to use it for a week and bring it back and they would fix anything else we found. We did not find anything, a testament to how thorough they were. All promises were fulfilled and a pleasure to do business with! They are extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I purchased a older motorhome from Craig on 5/6/2016. I live across the state and when I arrived and seen the coach I was impressed. I was thinking maybe they had a good video guy, but found out that everything that was said was true and not just a sales gimmick. Everyone was friendly, helpful and they would bend over backwards to answer all questions. I've never been in a business that I felt like they actually liked being there, but they did. I had some problems with the coach when starting to go home and they handled it and delivered the motorhome to me. I was treated as if I was the only person in the room rather than the next victim. My husband and I own a 1994 34 ft. Georgie Boy Cruisemaster with 20k miles on it, we paid cash for it about a year ago. On our way to the dunes with our four year old we started having trouble with the fuel pump, which is a problem we have had before. We pulled over and my husband spent half a day trying to replace the pump with no luck. First I called our loan officer at our credit union and had her get us pre-approved for a loan for a new motorhome, she told us all we would have to to is have a purchase order faxed over before 5:30(which is something we have done before when we bought our truck) I then got online and looked at the areas dealerships and their inventory. I found Rv sales of Oregon and they looked promising, we used our navigation to get there and the address given on the website took us to an intersection about 3 miles away. I called the dealership and explained that we were looking to trade in our Motorhome because we didn't want to deal with the problem, we just wanted to finish our vacation without worries. The lady on the phone was very sympathetic, gave us directions and we made it there about 45 minutes before they closed. When we pulled in we went straight into the office, the "sales" man took one look at us and you could tell immediately he didn't want to sell us anything. He had one of his mechanics, who was by far the best person involved in the whole experience look at our motorhome and then my husband took the mechanic for a test drive to show him what the problem was. The "sales" man pointed out to me a 1985 winnebego with 68k miles on it, a Motor home that was almost ten years older than ours and had triple the miles on it. At first I thought he was joking, but then I realized that he was serious. While my husband was gone with mechanic I took my four year old around to look at all the Motor Homes. There were no prices, so I looked at them on their website on my phone, since no one even bothered to walk around with us to answer questions. When we were done walking around we went back to the office to wait for my husband to return. The "sales" man told me that if we wanted to he would let us plug in there and stay the night but that they would be closing in about 15 minutes. When my husband returned I asked him what the verdict was and he asked.me the same. I told him I felt like they didn't want to sell us anything, they offered for us to stay the night there, yes every family's dream vacation to spend it in the parking lot of an Rv dealership beause they obviously assume we are either poor or stupid or both. Again the mechanic guys really did try to help us, he was compassionate, and really tried to do everything he could in the short time we were there to get our motorhome fixed. We left there feeling completely insulted and now we had wasted the rest of the time we had to get a New motorhome. We drove our motor home 1more hour to meet the rest of our family and try to enjoy the rest of our vacation. The next day we drove into a dealership near our campground, explained our situation and that we would like to get into something before monday, the man at the dealership gave us so many options, walked us around to look at all the motor homes, they gave us an awesome trade in for our motorhome and we pick up our upgraded coach first thing Monday morning. I will be giving that dealership way more than 1 star. Bottom line is if you look like you have tons of money, I'm sure that rv of Oregon would be more than happy to help you. They didn't ask if we had money to put down, options for financing, or whether or not we owed anything in our current motor home. I will not, nor will I ever recommend this dealership to anyone. I have never been treated so poorly by someone in " customer service/ sales". The only positive part.of this whole interaction were the mechanics who had ten times the people skills than the "sales" people. read more
