Just bought a 2026 Tiffin Allegro RED and took delivery in April. We live in Lake Oswego, Oregon. We experienced a warranty issue. The (instrument) cluster panel began going blank every time we hit a bump such as a bridge seam on the freeway. It happened over and over again gaining frequency. The panel would go black including the GPS, camera panel and would reboot each time. Finally it didn't reboot. Stayed black. We have a Tiffin authorized service center 30 or so miles from home. The RV Corral is 105 miles. Based on the reviews, we chose The RV Corral. We were not disappointed. We were ecstatic. Their senior tech Warren figured out our complex problem in 5 minutes. FIVE MINUTES. It was a loose ground. Service advisor Savannah and Service advisor Andy were fantastic. They have our business solid! You'll recognize Warren. He looks like Moses (LOL). My wife and I reserved a premium RV spot on the coast, when just one week before we were to leave, she injured her knee and in order to safely get up the stairs of our fifth wheel, we needed to get an aftermarket stair railing and add grab bars in the shower. We've had our travel trailer in the surface department at the RV corral a refrigerator replaced the cooling system in the refrigerator. Work for two days they had the trailer in there over a month took it back when refrigerator quit working they had the trailer in there another month thermal coupler they said was bad. Which should've been new when they replaced the cooling system. But this time it lasted 10 days I called twice with no response back from the service department. Very disappointed. Bought RV from this location. Purchased extended warranty. Brought in to them because refrigerator not working. It took the over a month to replace cooling unit. Took it directly camping. Refrigerator worked on power for two days. Moved to another campground that had no power amenities so used refrigerator on propane. Ran for half a day then shut off. Tried next day couldn't get it to light for more than 4 hours. Called service center tried all their recommendations. Nothing worked. Took it back to RV Corral service center. They have had it this time for over a month and told they might have figured it out told they will call later that day or next day. It's been two days later and no response. Very rude. If it's not fixed will be calling warranty insurance holder on Monday! read more

Disappointing Experience Due to Misrepresentation and Terrible Customer Service After conducting an extensive search across the western United States for our Cougar travel trailer, we selected RV Corral in Eugene, Oregon based on their competitive pricing and assurances regarding specific equipment specifications. Throughout our pre-purchase communications, I made multiple inquiries via phone and email to verify the trailer's features, particularly requesting confirmation of the air conditioning unit's model number. The sales team repeatedly verified these specifications, including a final confirmation before our 14-hour drive to complete the purchase. Upon arrival and inspection, we discovered that the air conditioning unit installed was not the upgraded model we had specifically verified and factored into our purchase decision. Despite having documented email correspondence confirming the correct specifications, we were presented with a different AC unit than what was promised. Initially, the sales representative acknowledged the error and offered an $800 credit toward resolution. However, after researching the actual cost of upgrading to the promised unit ($2,200-$2,500), we returned to request appropriate compensation that would cover the discrepancy. At this point, the manager's response was unprofessional and concerning. Not only did he refuse our reasonable request for compensation equal to the upgrade cost, but he also rescinded the initial $800 offer, claiming the salesperson lacked authorization. The manager's ultimatum was particularly troubling: accept the trailer with the incorrect equipment at full price or forfeit our deposit entirely. Given our significant travel distance and planned family trip, this approach appeared to leverage our circumstances unfavorably--he knew he had us and he could take advantage of us. When I attempted to negotiate a compromise covering material costs only, the manager became increasingly hostile. While we ultimately completed the purchase due to timing constraints (we had a family trip scheduled for the following week), this experience reflects poorly on RV Corral's business practices. The failure to deliver promised specifications, coupled with management's unwillingness to appropriately address their documented error, shows their unethical and unprofessional ways. I brought my camper in for service. Needed brackets on my happy jacks and was charged 3 times the amount of the brackets. What's more is I was at a motel waiting for service and it wasn't touched for a week. I did get prompt service after complaining, but it was still way overcharged. Deceptive estimates and overpricing result in the lowest rating I can give. My camper needed a couple of small repairs and wheel bearing repacking. I called them 5 days later to find out the repair progress, and I was told the cost was now more than 3 times higher than they estimated. After checking with other repair shops, I told RV Corral to stop work. They charged me for not only the time they had spent checking my wheel bearings, but also to tell me that I needed two items replaced that I had already requested that they replace. The reputable repair shop I took it to next suggested that the wheel bearings had been damaged by a previous tech, not from wear and tear, and they charged 1/4 the price of RV Corral to replace them. Whether this was incompetence or purposeful, I dont know, but I thought Id warn others away. Once they have your vehicle, you are pretty well stuck. I suggest not getting stuck with them. read more

I purchased my Toy Hauler from here. The sales department at that time was great . He did everything he could to help my husband and I make a solid good purchase. So now that we are in the market for a small travel trailer we decided to go back and see what that had in there lot. Met a sales person and she showed us trailers after we talked for a bit of what we were looking for and prices. Did find one we really liked and we started talking sales price ect. I placed and offer and she tired to call the sales manager he was not in. So asked her to text pictures and pricing at that time and to continue with the manager of my offer. It was a used unit. Its been a week now. We have not heard anything from her no pictures of the unit absolutely nothing. Now we will go somewhere else. We just had our first experience with this service department when our usual Rv repair shop was unable to get us in before January. Boy are we happy. We were treated with respect and care. They were quick to get us in and the repairs were ready to be done before the insurance company sent in their estimate approval. As soon as it came in it only took days to repair as they had the parts already ordered and in! The work was done beautifully and our trailer looked as good as new after a blow-out took the side of the trailer off and tore gas lines and the underlining. Kevan Ray the shop manager kept us informed of the progress and followed up with another call after we got it home. Can't recommend this shop more! If I could give negative stars I would. Drove 8 hrs to look at a specific trailer they had. Paid a $21000 deposit. They agreed to do some detailing, inspection, and misc fixes. Went back 2 weeks later (another 8 hr drive) after we were told it was ready and nothing that was agreed upon was done. In fact it was in worse condition and had roof damage. Not even an apology, just "our detail guy doesn't work saturdays". YOU HAD 2 WEEKS TO DO THE WORK. Conduction business like that is totally unexcusable. read more

RV Corral is HORRIFIC! In 8 years of traveling full time in an RV we have depended on RV service centers across North America. RV Corral is the absolute worst dealer we've ever experienced. Their service department is foremost dishonest and incapable of repairing anything without multiple return visits. As mentioned we've been RV'ing for years. Professionally I was VP of operations for a multi billion dollar global company. I've spent my career hiring, motivating, training and firing service managers. The Service Manager at this business is in over his head. My wife describes him as "prickly". Great description and much friendlier than any description I would use. To set the stage our 44 yr old son recently was diagnosed with a terminal illness (ALS) we stopped our travel plans and bought a brand new 25' Tiffin motor home specifically to fit in his driveway. In the first 6 months of ownership it was in this dealership shop four (4) separate times for greater than three (3) months. Yes, you read that correctly. Many of our concerns were addressed 4 time and still not resolved. After insisting on a formal meeting with the service manager it was obvious to us that he wasn't capable of resolving the issues. I. Began documenting each discussion, message, email etc. we have a file of 30 pages or more documenting the horrible business dealings. Before you ask, we considered litigation, but decided against it because providing care to our terminally ill son was our only priority. We will maintain the said file as we may still need it. Our 2020 Allegro Motor home was vandalized with either a pellet gun or bb gun on both sides breaking 2 windows. I am sure there were a couple hundred dings, and almost the entire unit had to have paint repair, clear coat and the 2 windows replace. What a great find. Can't say enough good things about this dealership which I found purely by accident (truly). While on a trip I as at a gas station filling up my Motorhome when taxi pulled in and hit my rig. After the anger settled down and the insurance company let me know that they would pay for the drivers carelessness I started looking for a shop or dealer who could make the repair. I was in Arizona at the time and heading north. As is typical with RV dealers they were too busy to help me, didn't have the parts or just did not call me back. I was heading north to Canada at the time and when I called The RV Corral in Eugene, a week out on my itinerary. James the service writer was great and right on my problem. He and Greg got right on my problem and found the parts and got them shipped to arrive by the time I would be in Eugene. When I got there it was all about taking care of me and my wife, NICE. Our tech was great and very professional, James the service writer is also a true professional and a problem solver with knowledge. This was absolutely the best service I have ever received at a RV Dealership. Additionally while we were there we got to meet Mike Bolin a salesman at the dealership. We have been looking for a new tiffin 45OPP and Mike spent the appropriate amount of time and effort with us to explain the newest features, and options. My first experience with this outfit was totally positive. My trailer needed some minor work done and I called them based on Yelp reviews, actually. I spoke with Nathan, who runs the body shop and asked if he could do the work and he told me there was no way, that they were booked out into the fall and couldn't do what I had described to him. Upon further description (basically that I was not interested in "perfection" but rather just that my rig didn't leak due to a crunch on a seam and some roof problems) he relented and told me to bring the trailer in and he would do what he could. Well, not only did he do the work while I waited but the quality of the job was, in fact, pretty close to perfection, cosmetically. I was very grateful for his willingness to fit me into his busy schedule and came away feeling that this is a company I can trust and do business with. I am now their loyal customer. read more

This is simply my observation and experience dealing with RV Corral. My best friend was looking for a very specific trailer. We found one at RV Corral, about a 6 hour drive from where we live but totally worth the drive for the exact trailer she wanted. Sunday May 6 we drive down to see the trailer in person. It is a 5 year old trailer but appeared to be in great shape. I brought a moisture meter and ladder. I found no moisture in the trailer and climbed up on the ladder on all four corners to look for delamination, none found. We pointed out that some sealant around a few things was old and cracked and the driver side tail light was full of water. We went inside and the sales man gave us a copy of THEIR inspection sheet. All the points the shop looks at on inspection and fixes, we again brought up the tail light full of water and were assured it would be replaced. We settled on a price and provided a very large deposit via cashiers check to them. On Tuesday May 9 my friend received a call that the trailer was in the shop and confirmed her pick up appointment for Saturday May 20. NEVER once was my friend asked to pick up the trailer on a week day. She then received many text messages (no phone call) on May 18 assuring her the trailer had been through the shop, tail light fixed and the trailer was ready for pick up. We made the 6 hour drive down again on Saturday May 20. When we pull up we can see the awning is out and completely covered in mold, on THEIR inspection sheet is states the awning will be inspected and cleaned. We found the taillight still full of water and the trailer had not even been washed. Caulk around outside speakers still dirty and cracked, again another item on THEIR inspection sheet that was not addressed. Then as we are standing behind the trailer I notice a dent on the passenger side and what looks like the plywood roof sticking up. Remember, I had inspected all 4 corners of the roof 2 weeks earlier and there was no dent or lifted roof at that time. The sales manager never once apologized, asked how they could make it right or offered a solution. He was extremely aggressive and told us our expectations for a used trailer were too high and that he had been selling rvs for 40 years. Keep in mind the inspection sheet we were given was THEIRS, not one we brought and they didnt follow it. My friend was told 3 times the taillight was replaced and it clearly was not. We asked for her deposit back and while waiting in the sales office were asked to go wait in their service building, it was locked and closed. We were repeatedly told they did not have shop staff there on Saturdays, but she was never told that or asked if she could pick up during the week, which she could have. Customer service and accountability do not exist at RV Corral in my opinion and observation. I was appalled at how men at this dealership talked to women and how they blamed us repeatedly for then not following their own inspection sheet or following through with commitments they made to a customer purchasing a trailer. In my opinion do not purchase from RV Corral, find a dealership that believes in customer care and fulfilling their word. read more

This is the second time that we used RV Corral to purchase an RV. We appreciated the knowledgeable sales guy, the no pressure sales, a fair value for our trade, and an overall wonderful experience. The entire RV Corral team was excited for us, personable, and extremely helpful. It really felt like a culture of family, and I am not sure what Kevin's title is, but he was a rockstar showing as all the inns and outs of our new RV, and made it really entertaining as well. If I could give the folks at RV Corral a minus10 I would. My first contact with them was on the phone with Joe a salesman, I was inquiring about used smaller Travel Trailers that I could use for temporary housing while looking to purchase a home in Washington State. My concern was being able to turn the trailer around with as little loss as possible in 4 to 6 months. An other concern was being able to find a suitable RV park to stay at on a month to month basis during that time. Joe indicated he had several trailers that he thought would fit the bill and also could make some calls and help me locate a park. A few days later I drove from Grants Pass to Eugene to meet Joe and look at what they had. After looking at a bunch of new and used units I narrowed the choice to a 2009 Fleetwood Wilderness model. This trailer was very clean and met all my needs. When I asked Joe for help finding a place all he did was come up with a couple of local parks I could check out. So before buying the trailer I went to check on the parks. Just so happens I wen first to Premier RV Park in Coburg which is very nice. The manager was there and accommodated me with a nice spot. I called Joe a told him I would be back to buy the trailer, as cash deal, in a few minutes. I arrived and looked at the trailer one more time then sat with Joe to do the paper work and write my check. They were very accommodating when I asked if the could pull the trailer to the park on March 1, about 6 days from then. During this process I had asked Joe if he could do better on the price which was $17,000. Keep in mind they fully knew this was my first time buying an RV of anytype and knew nothing of the values. I returned on the 1st of March the trailer was ready, they went over its operation with me and towed it to the park. All was good and I enjoyed the time in the small 25 ft Travel trailer. NOW COMES THE BAD NEWS. This week when I contacted them about taking the trailer in on consignment Glen wasted no time telling me he could get me maybe $11,000. When I asked how could that be as a mere 3 months before they had sold me the same unit in the cold rainy season for $17000. Glen told the trailers wholesale value was $9600 and the full retail book value was only $12,000. well as you can imagine i was not happy at the prospect of loosing $5000 to $7000 or more for using this trailer for 3 months. It looks like they had sold me a trailer worth around 12000 full retail NADA Book value for $17,000 a markup of 40% of market value. They took full advantage of my lack of knowledge and hammer me good. I am a retired business man and have no problem with someone making a reasonable profit, but this number was asstounding. Glen said he didn't set the sales price that was Management. When I inquired whom that might be he directed me to Leon in the front office. I called Leon and after a long heated conversation he agreed not to help[ me with my situation at all and offer nothing. At this point I knew what I was dealing with as he didn't at all seem concerned about the reputation of his company, yes he is one of the owners. That told me they did deals like this all the time. I know I have no recourse against these sleazy operators as I signed the contract for that price. Basically I am now forced to make a sale of this trailer at bargain price based on what I paid for it and take the loss as I need to be out of here in less than 2 weeks. If you read this, at the very least, verify for yourself the real market value of anything you are considering buying from this shady dealership. Don't believe anything anyone there tells you. Better than that don't buy from them at all and tell anyone you hear thinking about buying from them to go elsewhere, there is not a shortage of RV dealers in the Eugene area, read more

I Spent my entire savings on a supposedly new trailer. Entire savings. They kept the trailer a number of days after purchase to "detail" it. I'm still wiping yellow brown odorous residue off the walls. Globs of sticky white substsnce clung to a bedroom wall. Wallpaper edges are peeling. The carpet and under the edges of the carpet were filthy throughout. A dead squashed beetle stuck to a cabinet bottom over my bed. A filthy greasy washcloth was stuck to the bottom of the bed mattress. I was told by service regarding the filthy cloth, that... "it happens"... After delivery, from day one, a sweaty greasy odor spreads throughout as the trailer heats in the sun. Not from the tanks. I hadn't begun using them when I first smelled it. The sickening odor emanates from the ceiling and walls it seems. I purchased this last year, a brand new...2018...and constantly find more pre-delivery existing damage. Bent window frames, screens simply wedged in that don't fit. A warping separating exit door panel. They suggested I might "try and glue" the panel. Hose connections leaking under the bathroom cabinet with warping flooring because of it. Flooring coming up from leaks in the storage bay. Broken latches after one month on the bay doors. The microwave died within a month. They had hacked apart the battery covers to make them fit, leaving my batteries floating in water and open to corrosion. They told me it wouldn't be a problem. They told me pre-purchase that as long as I had any needed repairs done by a licensed repairman in the specific category needed...electrician, plumber, etc., that Keystone would cover under warranty. Keystone told me when I called, that I should never have been told this, that it wasn't so. I could only go to a Keystone dealership. Since it costs me several hundred dollars each way to pay a hauler, this creates a great financial hardship. The dealership had no interest after I paid cash in full and took delivery. I feel completely taken advantage of. They knew I was ignorant and naive regarding the purchase of an RV. I didn't know what to look for. I took them at their word. Having toured other new RVs and Trailers at dealerships since...I realized mine never smelled brand new. It smelled and felt lived in. I'm disillusioned and disappointed. Life moves on and I have to accept that I erred in judgement. I trusted. My mistake. read more

Body Shop - HERO! Service Department - ZERO If this review were based entirely on the body Shop, I'd be trying to give extra stars. Brandon in the Body Shop is a perfectionist and a magician. We got hit with a piece of flying debris in our new fifth-wheel. He took a deep ugly scratch that started at the door and stopped at the bumper and made it disappear completely. We were afraid it would always look 'fixed'. What we got back was an RV that looks perfect with no signs of the mishap. We couldn't be happier. We can't say enough about Brandon. Vanleigh even sent him the wrong decal so instead of waiting for them to send the right one, he matched the art work perfectly and painted it. It turned out beautifully. He even found an issue with the leaf spring while checking the rig for damage and got it over to another business to fix while waiting for the parts to arrive to do the body work. Failing leaf springs are an issue with the Vilanos so if you buy one, check your leaf springs before the year is up. As much as we respect and admire the work Brandon and the body shop did, the service department was another matter entirely. We took our new RV in to have a list of warranty work done before the year was up. For the most part, we may as well have stayed home. The only work that actually got done was the galley slide rubber seal replacement. We brought a list of the problems and tried to give it to them. Our list was refused so we went over the issues one by one. He just wanted to tap short notes on his tablet. The problem is that just typing 'fireplace' didn't explain the problem for the techs who actually do the work. A perfect example was the fireplace. The fireplace would turn on ok but would shut off after about 10 minutes. We contacted Vanleigh/Tiffin and were told it was likely defective and was shutting down as a safety feature. They asked where we wanted to have it fixed and sent RV Corral a new fireplace to put in our rig. Each time we checked in on how the work was going we were told that they couldn't find anything wrong with the fireplace and that 'it turned on just fine'. Like we did when we first brought it in, we explained each time that yes, it turns on ok but shuts down in 10 minutes because it's overheating. Seriously. How many times do you have to explain to the same person what the problem is? They also said they never got the fireplace. We finally gave up and had Tiffin send another fireplace to our house. Because RV Corrals Service Department doesn't listen to their customers and take proper notes, my husband and I installed the new fireplace ourselves. The best part? My husband had just had open heart surgery less than 30 days before we got to do the work they wouldn't/couldn't do. He's also a two time cancer survivor, liver transplant patient and has a bad knee replacement among other serious health issues. I'm a recent breast cancer survivor who also had a 10 hour back surgery recently. Crawling on the floor, stretching into a cabinet and fighting a heavy fireplace was literally the last thing we should have been doing. We also got it back with the metal breaker box cover loose in the cabinet and the screws stripped out. They also said our vacuum worked just fine. It doesn't. Like the fireplace we'd get told that they checked it and it worked just fine each time we'd check in. And like the fireplace we'd explain each time that yes, the vacuum runs just fine but the latch that holds the hose out while you're using it doesn't work. The hose still sucks in like it did when we took it in. My husband still has to stand at the steps and hold it while I vacuum. We brought a list of about 10 items that needed fixing before the warranty was up and they actually fixed one item. After you've explained the problems at least five times and not been heard five times, you may as well give up and accept that doing the work right mjust doesn't matter to them. Bottom line? Body Shop and Brandon - 10 stars. Service Department - 1 star. read more

We verified that they had the unit we wanted and made an appointment, we were 2 hr away when we got there the salesman who had been waiting did not know much about the Rv you would have thought he might brush up on it but apparently to lazy. They said no way we could take it and had to come back a week later. We called Robertson rv in Salem and they said they would deliver for free so that's what we did. read more

Brought our RV in to RV Corral on Aug. 11th for a recall on an overhead cabinet and what started out as a pleasant morning ended up being a big frustration with the service department. The appointment was for 8:30 am and was estimated to take approximately an hour but we ended up having to wait for over 3 hours for a simple repair. Two L-shaped brackets were added for extra support which seriously should have been completed within the 1 hour timeframe. We were informed that someone had called in sick and we realize that unexpected things happen but after the 2nd hour started questioning what was taking so long. That did not go over well with the service rep named Andy and then we found out that the person who was working on our van was on a break. Because of the heatwave the service techs were coming in and leaving earlier then usual hence an early lunch which left us hanging around. It is too bad this happened because it left a very dissatisfied feeling with this company. We will be trying Guaranty RV for future work even though it is a longer drive to get there. The rating would have been one star but Travis and Joy were pleasant. read more

Run from this dealership. We went here thinking they would be different than others, but they're just as bad if not worse. Shady sales tactics (switching out trailers, trailer components, techs didn't find MANY issues with this brand new rig), poor tech work, delivery is rush you through early on Saturday with no real time to inspect for issues. Luckily we found two major cosmetic issues off the bat - a cut in the dining cushion and a large scratch on the dining table - which they swapped with another trailer. The bed was the wrong size for our rv and we had to drive 35 miles and meet the salesman at a truck stop to swap it out for the correct bed (it was 6" too short!). Shower leaks, toilet leaks, tons of cosmetic issues (scratches, misaligned door frames, chunks of wood missing, no toilet paper holder installed, auto leveling has never worked properly, no general manual provided so we could try to troubleshoot, etc.). They want to work on it? No way! We can't trust they'll do the job properly and the time we have to take off work to accommodate their tech's hours is not customer centric. Techs should be available when they're needed, not Monday-Friday 8-5....when most people work! Have filed complaint with BBB and will go further up the chain with DOJ and Keystone if necessary. No longer want this lemon! read more

We had attended the DUCK's home game this last Saturday and arrived at the tailgate with our Tiffin and were not able to pull the slides out or had any power to the front of the chassis. I called and spoke to Tyler McAllister, who worked to get us a technician who came to our site. He quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. These guys went above and beyond to help us out. One of the worst place to do business ever! Not only they had us sign false documentation they took our down payment in the process. They lied on the whole Financial aspect of the deal, they lowered our credit score to almost 600 from a higher point by trying to find a bank but not the one we signed on! It took them more than 19 days for them to get their crap straight. Will never recommend or do business with them ever, I also reported them to the Better Business Bureau, business like that should never be open! The only good thing about our experience was the sales person, who was honest and kept in contact with us while no one else did! read more

We just purchased a new Tiffin Phaeton 2019 RV from the RV Corral and actually couldn't wait to leave a review. This business came highly recommended from other RVers in the area where we stay. We were not let down. I kept waiting for something to pop my bubble because I didn't think it could be really that good. We have been working with them for a couple of weeks now from when they showed us the RV to the test drive to the decision to purchase to the financing, and finally the delivery. Every single person we worked with was so knowledgeable and so kind and personable. Luke was our main salesman. I know he is a salesman and all that goes with that as far as convincing people to buy and such. He was more than that. He continues to check on us to see if we need anything and if we are happy. I can give a few of many, many examples. He was so sweet to our dog. He let us take her in his office, he loaned us one of his dog leashes and collars when we were moving RVs and couldn't find anything, he stayed in touch with us on his days off (I felt bad, but he insisted). Hours after we left the dealership, we had gotten locked IN the RV and couldn't get out. We tried everything before I called him reluctantly. Within 5 minutes he had us out after making a call to someone else I will talk about in this review. Honestly, it was because of him that we are driving this beauty today. Tyler, the finance manager (?) was also very helpful, kind, and answered many questions we had when we were trying to make the big decision. I never felt any negative pressure from him or Luke which would have killed the deal for us. We don't do well with that at all. The owner, Tina, spent time meeting and talking with us and answered many questions. She's pretty awesome too! When we had the walk-through when taking delivery, we were fortunate to have Warren showing us everything. Wow, what an impressive man. He was such a patient "teacher" when showing us the many, many features in the RV. When a few things were not working properly, he and his crew scrambled to fix things so that we would be able to leave happy. The things that needed parts ordered and such would be done at a future date and he assured us that he'd make everything right. He checked on us later in the evening to see how we were doing before he left work. I believe he was the one Luke called at night after hours to get assistance to get us out of the coach (ha ha, I bet that was a funny conversation between the two of them). Elaine, the person who helped with the signing of the papers was so nice and did not pressure us when we said we did not want the extended warranty. We had told the owner and our salesman that we had a bad experience in the past and just didn't want to deal with that again. It was stress-free and I was very relieved. I am forgetting a few names, but I think it was James in the parts/store who was also really nice to us and checked on us a few times. We had no idea how hard it would be and how long it would take to empty our old RV and put things into the new one. It was pouring rain nonstop as well so that did not help. They kindly allowed us to stay on their lot for 2 nights (and said we could stay longer if needed) while we did all that. It seemed the 2 40-foot RVs were in a bad place on their lot, but they just let it be and never told us to move. They just left us alone to do what we had to do periodically asking if we needed anything. They gave us a gate key when we were locked in at night. We felt safe and comfortable there and even though I worried we were in the way, they never made us feel like that at all. This place has an amazing "family" atmosphere and it seems like everyone enjoys each other's company from what I saw. I seriously could go on and on, but I hope this review shows that we found the place with the best service we've ever had in any transaction.
