Sunday after church, we stopped in and met with a salesman who showed us all of the ones I picked out. It happened to be the last Sunday of the month, so the banks and service department were open. A few hours later, we towed home a 21 foot Keystone Hideout with a slide out. We were limited on size and weight due to my boyfriend's Tacoma and my 4 Runner's towing capacity. The size is really perfect for us, and it's so cute and comfortable! After we met with someone else who explained everything from GS campgrounds, warranties, and maintenance, I signed all of the paperwork. Then another guy walked us around and helped us pick out the other things we needed like a sewer hose and tp. They had great deals on things like camping chairs and grills and the prices were really as inexpensive as you can buy anywhere else. I picked out some cutesy decor for ours, and since I knew it would have a hula skirt and fake palm tree, I picked out some plastic pink flamingos and lights to go with it. I really wish I had known then what I know now about the meaning of pink flamingos in a campground. Not judging if that's your thing, but it's not ours. After we finished shopping, they had everything hooked up and ready to go. We did a quick walk thru to learn about my new camper, and they called the next week to make sure we were satisfied and didn't have any questions about it. Camping World made the whole process easy and convenient from the minute we walked in the door. We were very pleased with our experience. Weekends at the lake in the camper will be so enjoyable for us, the dogs, my grandson, and our family and friends. We plan to make even more memories taking it on road trips this fall. Even my mama will be blessed by it because I'm gifting her those pink plastic flamingos for her yard.

I meant to bring in the old one so I could show them, but I forgot it when I left my house. Either way, I would've excepted to purchase the correct thing from them, especially when one of their workers are telling me their shower head holders are universal..... as you can see in the picture, these aren't even close to being alike!! I can't even return it because I didn't get the receipt! He was so adamant that this was the right piece when it CLEARLY is FAR from being correct! Camping world needs to educate their employees better.

I purchased a brand new Jayco travel trailer from Southaven RV in November 2023. Shortly after…read morepicking it up, I discovered a soft spot in the floor. I brought it back, and they repaired the soft spot along with what they said was the underlying cause. At the same time, they replaced the roof due to a separate issue. I used the trailer for about a year before bringing it back for a full inspection and any recommended service. They serviced the axles and spot-sealed the roof--work I authorized. After picking it up, I stored it for a year. When I took it out again and opened it up, the floor was rotted in the exact same spot. A mobile tech inspected it and found a gutter screw that had never been properly tightened (half in, half out) with no sealant around it. Once everything was properly sealed, the moisture levels in the walls and floor dropped significantly. I reached out to Southaven RV explaining the situation and asking for assistance with the repair. They refused to help in any way. In just 2.5 years, this trailer has needed: a full roof replacement, the same floor rot repaired twice, both axles replaced (wheel bearings had no grease, causing one to catch fire), recliners that broke twice, a door that fell off its hinges, a non-working slide, and numerous other issues. I cannot recommend buying a camper from Southaven RV. They do not stand behind the products they sell. (As a side note, when I picked up the trailer after the first floor repair, the technician working on it appeared noticeably intoxicated while carrying a pistol. I later learned he had been let go.) Extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the dealership's lack of support.

I purchase a new calico trailer from True Love Trading Company this April 2017. When I called from…read morean ad on line, I told him I could not come for a month. He said with a down payment he would hold it a month. I was very concerned. (I have seen many a scam on another site and have reported them only to see them pop back up in a day). I told him I would let him know that evening. Meanwhile my boyfriend called about the trailer that same day. Rick told him he was waiting for a woman to call that night to say if she would take it. I was impressed that he would wait to hear rather than try to sell it to him. I did call that night and put a down payment on it. I was still worried. In a couple of weeks I called to say I was on my way to get it. When I got there it was the same trailer I saw on line. Everything as they said it would be. I drove four hours to get it and was very pleased at the ease of getting it and getting back on the road. They went over hooking it up and how everything worked. I love my Calico trailer. I have had it out now several times. It pulls well and is a breeze to hook up. I know these are not considered the top of line trailer but for the price it is a wonderful trailer. It is a three horse slant and I was concerned the horses would not like being closed in the slant spots but no problem. They took to it the first time. I have three windows and it is nice to let more air in without feeling the horses could endanger themselves. I do plan to caulk around the front splash plate. I have only had it out about 5 times but it is so easy to hook up and go. I LOVE THIS CALICO! I have owned this Calico for a year now. I love it and it is a dream to haul. While visiting this week before his upcoming bone marrow transplant, we found it difficult to find fun things for him to do outside with no crowds. Mikey loves RVs, so we had the idea to take him to a dealership to look at inventory, just for fun. Luckily our first stop was Great American RVs, because they were so welcoming. They understood our situation and gave us access to the entire lot - acres of beautiful RVs in all shapes and sizes! Mikey was ecstatic! These are the kind of people who give me faith in humanity. This includes selling us expensive electronics we didn't need because they were already integrated in our RV. And they refused to refund us for this. The entire experience has been difficult, disappointing and frustrating. It took us 8 hours to take delivery of our new 2023 RV, which we made a deal on and bought sight-unseen online. Several things were wrong with it which took forever to resolve, some of them are still not resolved. Probably won't be buying from this dealership again.
