    Great and quick service. They also have walk and service daily. They are reasonably priced.

    Had my street rod in for repairs and things did not go as planned or as estimated found out after…read morerepairs were done they even charged 6 hrs at 100 per hr for looking up parts,also,charged for time on phone with tech advisors on components they installed that they could not get to work The car did not make it home 4 miles had to bring back on wrecker then after another month of the 9 months they had it ,it failed to make it home again. Wrecker once more to another shop where they found out that the fuel injection they installed was wired incorrectly and placed in the wrong area for heat causing it to burn up the dist modules (4 times) it cost me 3300 dollars for the repair to fix their mistakes on top of the 22,000 I paid 901 customs. They are a rip off to say the least. I will never use them again or recommend them for anything. Rick Fryar

I have former professional experience in auto body and dealer restorations/cosmetics, so I can supremely appreciate this great quality install and the awesome quality product itself! I'm still absolutely so impressed w Dominic's hard work, steady hand and the ultimate patience! I am also ecstatic to be beating this Memphis heat! My vehicle used to take around 8-10 minutes to cool off at 85°F/+ and now really only takes about 5 minutes in the 90°'s/+ Huge fan of 901customs for offering not just the Suntek film lifetime warranty but also for offering a separate additional shop/installer lifetime warranty! Although, I really don't think I'll have to worry about either one haha I can absolutely tell by my vehicles results and from the other jobs I peeped in there, that y'all really do truly appreciate your customers by going above and beyond!!!! Thanks Dominic!!!

    Our car broke down a little over halfway home on our drive from the Florida panhandle to St. Louis…read more Warren responded to our Yelp request quickly and was able to fit us in the following day (Sunday), driving 30 mins from a previous appointment to Memphis to check everything out. Even though my husband was able to get it started again after clearing away corrosion on the battery just before Warren arrived, we had peace of mind knowing he'd checked the codes and assured us everything seemed fine. Though the car hadn't overheated, he also identified and fixed a loose connection that was causing a coolant leak which would've led to more problems soon. He knew we were from out of town and desperate to get home. A dishonest mechanic could've taken advantage of the situation and charged us a ton, but not Warren. He charged us a totally reasonable mobile service fee plus a little for mileage. I'd expected to pay much more given the distance he traveled. To top it all off, he texted to check that we'd made it back home safely. We can't thank him enough. 100% recommend!

    I took my BMW to Desoto Imports for collision repair after hitting a curb. Unfortunately, it did…read morenot go well. The car stayed in the repair shop for over 1 month. I was told the car was ready & I had to get the front end alignment on my own as he did not have the machine to do this. This was the first I had heard this. The car pulled to the left severely. I took it to the BMW dealership in Cordova, TN. BMW advised me that it would be a waste of time to perform the alignment until the damage from the recent incident was completed properly. I took it back to Desoto Imports. The owner kept the car to complete more repairs, mainly from parts that were on order from the first repair. I then took it back to BMW 2nd time for a front end alignment & received the same response as before. They showed me the problem with the struts, as well as, the tires on the front were already showing chords. These struts & tires were placed on the vehicle by Desoto Imports. A few days later, my vehicle was hit by another vehicle. It was towed to ServiceKing for collision repair. ServiceKing told me the same thing as BMW did. They could not complete the repair from the 2nd accident until the work from the previous accident was completed. At this point, my car was not able to be driven. I went to Desoto Import to talk to the owner. After I expressed my frustration, he told me to "sue him". He stated "he was done with me and if I had a problem to sue Him". My experience shows that Desoto Imports was not a good place to get collision repairs and that the owner was not interested in customer satisfaction. He didn't seem to care how rude & inconsiderate he presented himself.

    Terrible experience. I had a fender bender and this was the closest place my insurance…read morerecommended. I took my car for the initial estimate and my insurance had already coordinated everything prior to my arrival. I had to wait two weeks to drop off my car, which is reasonable. The insurance agent told me ABRA would order my parts in advance of my dropping off my car but when I dropped it off my car, ABRA said they had not ordered the parts. I had no choice but to leave my car and hope for the best. The text messages kept me updated daily, which was nice. I had a text message on day six saying my car was ready. Since it was a Saturday, they were only opened a few hours so I called at 9am, opening time, to ensure my car was ready. The receptionist said it was so I went to pick it up. When I arrived the receptionist's little girl was running all over the lobby and engaging customers. This is unprofessional. The receptionist disappeared for about five minutes and returned to tell me there was a "spot" on the fender they needed to buff out. I waited 20 minutes and they brought my car out. It looked terrible. The hood, which was new, had paint splotches all over and looked like a five year old did it. I asked why it looked so bad and the receptionist lady just shorted circuited and walked off. The customer service rep came out and looked at me like I was crazy. She finally admitted it looked bad and said they could buff it out. It took a call from the regional manager to have my car fixed. What happened to pleasing the customer? Worst experience ever.
