One of the best Truck Accessories Store I know of. In fact, it's about the only Truck Accessories Store close enough to me that has what I need and more than likely have it in stock. All other stores in the Mississippi Delta have to order what you need. Then, you have to wait a few days for it to come in. However, this store has truck accessories in stock. I first called them on the phone and Vickie answered the phone. She was very knowledgeable and knew the prices. Once here, Erin waited on me. She gave me great customer service. She was patient with me while I asked for prices and quality. She answered all my questions too. She was even more knowledgeable. I felt comfortable around her as I made my decision on what I wanted. On Scene: I wanted a Tonneau ( bed cover ) for my truck. When I called them on phone, they said they had a soft tri fold tonneau for $299 made by Rugged Liner and had it in stock so I could look at it. This got me here. Anyway, as soon as I walked in the door Erin spoke to me and waited on me. I showed me the Tonneau for $299. But I saw the one next to it for $599 which was a hard surface. I thought it was made of better quality materials and more secure. So, I chose the one with more security in mind. They also installed it for me which took less than 10 minutes. Plus, they showed my how to use my new Tonneau. How cool is that. Truck Accessories: They have lots of truck accessories in the store. It has the most of any truck accessories store that I have ever seen. It also has; chrome rim covers, bull bars, step bars, led light bars, winches, bed covers, camouflaged seat covers, tool boxes, fender flares, vent visors, window tinting, head lights, tail lights, bumpers, splash guards, grilles, and all kinds of chrome accessories. Final Thoughts: Yes, I will definitely be back because they great product at reasonable prices along with great customer service. One tip I would give is to ask for Erin. read more

I bought a bed topper and vent covers for all four of my windows today at Camper City USA. I was given a price for both items and the installation cost for both items. I agreed to the purchase at this price, plus taxes of course. I get home look at the receipt and find an additional charge of $29.18 on the receipt. It shows as NEWTEK TECH FEE. I called and was told this is a transaction fee and they cannot do anything about this. I am used to paying a small amount at some places but not anything like this. My complaint is that I was NOT told about this additional fee. I would have driven to the bank and got cash before paying this amount. This will be the last that I buy at Camper City. Beware that there is a TRANSACTION fee when you buy and pay by card. read more

My truck had a bad airbag fitting and I'm traveling thru the area on vacation. Could not make the fix myself so I looked on the internet and found Camper City was an Air Lift dealer. Made a call and explained my issues and was told to come by and they would take a look. I arrived around 10:00 am and met with Renae who looked at it and fixed it within an hour of arrival. I only gave one star because the receptionist was polite. I called to have a hitch installed (I've been searching for about a week now). The person in the hitch department told me he didn't have one for my make and model. NEVER OFFERED TO ORDER, I had to ask him if he could order one and he told me it would take 5 days. And I told him that's fine I had already called around. I asked how much and his reply was if I wanted to shop around. I said no I already had and he said ok and hung up. So I'll just take my business to someone who wants it. read more
