Sunday after church, we stopped in and met with a salesman who showed us all of the ones I picked out. It happened to be the last Sunday of the month, so the banks and service department were open. A few hours later, we towed home a 21 foot Keystone Hideout with a slide out. We were limited on size and weight due to my boyfriend's Tacoma and my 4 Runner's towing capacity. The size is really perfect for us, and it's so cute and comfortable! After we met with someone else who explained everything from GS campgrounds, warranties, and maintenance, I signed all of the paperwork. Then another guy walked us around and helped us pick out the other things we needed like a sewer hose and tp. They had great deals on things like camping chairs and grills and the prices were really as inexpensive as you can buy anywhere else. I picked out some cutesy decor for ours, and since I knew it would have a hula skirt and fake palm tree, I picked out some plastic pink flamingos and lights to go with it. I really wish I had known then what I know now about the meaning of pink flamingos in a campground. Not judging if that's your thing, but it's not ours. After we finished shopping, they had everything hooked up and ready to go. We did a quick walk thru to learn about my new camper, and they called the next week to make sure we were satisfied and didn't have any questions about it. Camping World made the whole process easy and convenient from the minute we walked in the door. We were very pleased with our experience. Weekends at the lake in the camper will be so enjoyable for us, the dogs, my grandson, and our family and friends. We plan to make even more memories taking it on road trips this fall. Even my mama will be blessed by it because I'm gifting her those pink plastic flamingos for her yard.

I purchased a brand new Jayco travel trailer from Southaven RV in November 2023. Shortly after…read morepicking it up, I discovered a soft spot in the floor. I brought it back, and they repaired the soft spot along with what they said was the underlying cause. At the same time, they replaced the roof due to a separate issue. I used the trailer for about a year before bringing it back for a full inspection and any recommended service. They serviced the axles and spot-sealed the roof--work I authorized. After picking it up, I stored it for a year. When I took it out again and opened it up, the floor was rotted in the exact same spot. A mobile tech inspected it and found a gutter screw that had never been properly tightened (half in, half out) with no sealant around it. Once everything was properly sealed, the moisture levels in the walls and floor dropped significantly. I reached out to Southaven RV explaining the situation and asking for assistance with the repair. They refused to help in any way. In just 2.5 years, this trailer has needed: a full roof replacement, the same floor rot repaired twice, both axles replaced (wheel bearings had no grease, causing one to catch fire), recliners that broke twice, a door that fell off its hinges, a non-working slide, and numerous other issues. I cannot recommend buying a camper from Southaven RV. They do not stand behind the products they sell. (As a side note, when I picked up the trailer after the first floor repair, the technician working on it appeared noticeably intoxicated while carrying a pistol. I later learned he had been let go.) Extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the dealership's lack of support.

I'm now in it the purchase price, their fee and almost 4k for needing the entire roof redone, the rotted wood in the bedroom where black mold was growing taken out and replaced. When I complained to the BBB, Travelers Mobile RV Repair co cussed at me for complaining, even though ample time to finish had passed, and I told them I would call if they failed to show up again. They never submitted their paperwork to respond, and began to refuse communication. We finally got someone else to close awning so we could take RV to Camping World. They have not filed paperwork w insurance, which means we can't get reimbursed for nearly $5,000 worth of work, and we had to pay additional money to finish work they left undone. Tommy came out and, seeing the situation, stepped up and replaced their converter on their rig. Tommy knew this couple was struggling financially, and we paid for the repair. Tommy donated his time and didn't charge for installation or a service call. He truly helped people out in a time of need, and if we are ever in Memphis, Tommy is our guy. I needed to get back on the road to South Carolina the next morning, so I was extremely stressed. I contacted Brothers Mobile Tire Service & Tire Shop, and they were very helpful by giving me Mr. Robert's phone number. When I called him, he told me to come straight to his location. As soon as I arrived, he quickly diagnosed the issue and immediately started calling around to find the necessary part. What truly meant the most was the kindness shown by his family. They personally drove my family and me back to our hotel while the car was being repaired. This was a huge blessing because we had a family of five and Uber could only accommodate four passengers. At first, I thought the car wouldn't be ready until the next morning, but Mr. Robert called me shortly after and said he already had the part removed and would have the car ready that same night. Less than three hours later, he was on his way to deliver my vehicle back to me. When I got in the car, it drove like new again. Mr. Robert was truly a blessing to my family. He worked faster than any shop I've ever dealt with and went above and beyond to help us in a stressful situation. If you need any vehicle services in the area, Mr. Robert is definitely the person to call for fast, reliable, and excellent service.

I don't do Surveys. This is an exception, because I want to make sure credit is given to Audrey in Service @ GARV in Memphis, TN. We live in Horn Lake, MS, and we bought a 2022 Entegra Reatta @ Hammond, LA. in February 2022. For our first Warranty Work we drove 5 hours back to Hammond. Even though we are only 20 minutes away from GARV Memphis, we were still very hesitant about using the Memphis Store. There were two reasons, one the experiences we had with the previous owners Davis RV and two, it's not located in a safe neighborhood. A few weeks ago, our washing machine started leaking water, and we decided to at least go over to Memphis GARV and talk to someone in the Service Department. It was about 4:30 pm, and we were greeted at the front desk with a friendly smile. We asked for the Service Department, and that is where we met Audrey. Audrey also had a smile from ear to ear. She was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, organized, & helpful. We explained we were full timers and having an issue with our washing machine leaking water. She asked if we could wait till 8 am appointment the next morning. We were very surprised and thrilled to have been able to get an appointment that quickly. She went on to ask if we had anything else we might need done. My spouse and I looked at each other and smiled. I said, yes as a matter of fact we do have a short list. The next morning we were checked in @ 8 am, added a few items to the work order. We did a walk through with Audrey and pointed out the items she had listed on the work order. Audrey gave us an estimated time of around noon that the work should be completed. We returned @ 1200 pm and soon afterwards we did another walk through. You could not tell any repairs work had been done because our RV was as clean as we had left it. It was obvious that the technicians took pride in their work and cleaned up. There was zero trash, no water or wet towels, nor any evidence of any work have been done. We were very happy, Audrey and her technicians had successfully completed all items on our work order for that day. Since then we have had to bring our RV back again for more warranty work, and we also had her installed three exhaust fan covers. This time the RV work order was longer and it was still ready by 3 pm. I had mentioned to Audrey that some how we had lost a ceiling light cover fixture & I would need to order one. While the RV was in for the warranty & exhaust fan covers, the technician found the cover on top of the slide and reinstalled it. Once more we were extremely pleased with the service work done. We asked Audrey about getting with Hammond GARV Service Department and seeing about moving whatever warranty work we still had pending to the Memphis GARV Service Department. She said she would check into it and get back with us. The following week, Audrey said she had talked to Hammond and now all our Service would be done here in Memphis. This is just one example of the numerous times Audrey has assisted us and made the transition smoothly. It is refreshing to have a competent caring employee who knows how to solve problems and doesn't give a customer the run around. Audrey is the rare employee that excels in her job, customer service, and is a team player. In my opinion she is a valuable asset that you want to keep to help grow GARV. I would rate her a 10 out of 10, she deserve a Pay Raise and a Promotion. We now tell everybody especially in our RV Park about our Super Experience @ GARV In Memphis! Had a wonderful experience at Great American RV in Memphis, TN this weekend. We found the perfect Open Range 5th wheel with them but we live in Maryland so it was a stretch to make a deal work. Everyone at Great Amer RV went above and beyond to make this work for us including a trade in and multiple issues with the hitch for our truck. Their communication in advance of our arrival, multiple questions answered along the way and when we arrived in Memphis on Saturday at 1 pm (four hours later than we said) their level of customer service was the highest I've ever experienced with RV dealers. I am in the customer service business myself so my standards are very high. Ward Gates, our sale rep; Michael Mask, sales manager/general manager; Tommy Powers, finance; and Gary Rosselot, technician went WAY beyond the call of this deal to make us feel comfortable and give us anything we needed. Gary Rosselot specifically helped us at every turn. He had the camper warm, tv on, fire place on and shining beautiful when we arrived. He walked us through every item on this camper actually TWICE once with me and once with my husband to be absolutely sure we knew how to work everything, the assets of the camper and the uniqueness of the Open Range. While this is a smaller dealership (compared to Camping World) I enjoyed and appreciated their setting themselves apart from their competition with a focus on customer service. I was very concerned about agreeing to a deal with a RV dealership so far from my home but they exceeded my expectations. AND, by the way, it was a great financial deal for us as well. Ward Gates, our sales rep, used his contacts at another retailer to solve our hitch problem which allowed us to continue to leave Memphis on Saturday rather than have to stay until Monday which would have been a nightmare for us. Tommy Powers, finance, worked hard to get us the financing we wanted. My faith in good humans doing their job because it's just the right thing to do is restored. I would highly recommend Davis to anyone looking to buy a motorhome or travel trailer. Most of my dealings with Davis was conducted over the phone as I was trying to avoid staying at the dealership more than one day to make a trade. David Davis was very professional both over the phone and in person. He gave me an extremely fair price on my new Tiffin Allegro motorhome and also gave me an extremely fair price for my trade-in. When I arrived at the Dealership, I test drove my new coach. There was no "bait and switch" tactics. He gave me exactly the price for my trade as he had previously quoted me and sold me the coach for the exact price he had quoted. There was no hidden fees or upselling at all. Mr. Davis had his crew immediately ready my coach so we could return to Kentucky and even contacted me on my way home to ensure I was having no troubles. The entire staff at Davis was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the product and seemed to be genuinely concerned that I was happy with my new coach. My husband and I searched high and low in the Memphis area for an RV. We went as far as Sherman, Mississippi. D&N Camper Sales was by far the best place to deal with. Derek Reyes, our sales rep, was knowledgeable, courteous, honest and happy to spend as much time with us as we wanted. There was no pressure sales tactics or used car salesmen syndrome. We purchased a used Class A. After we paid for it, the customer service was just as great, if not better. Their mechanic, Gary, was great. We had two new tv's installed. He had to get creative, and he did more and better than we had asked. I would say that that's what they do; they go above and beyond. Great customer service. We feel that Derek is very trustworthy. David Martin is currently the service technician working on my camper. He took time out of his day to walk me thru the issues of my camper and explained how they'd be repaired. Our technician (Jason) did a great job going through our Arcadia fifth wheel for us. Our 3 boys had lots of questions and he was patient and helped with any needs we had. Another tech there repaired a bike tire tube that had a hole in it while we transferred our stuff from our old camper to the new one. read more

I brought my camper in for some insurance work, the labor rate was little high but the work was exceptional! Along with the communication from Victoria and Audrey. They handled everything down to the estimate to delivering a good looking job. Would recommend anyone else for body work on RV's! read more

These people are total liers and have no morals. They will lie to your face and sell you dangerous vehicles if they can make a buck off of you. Everyone from management, the salesman, and even the mechanics are in on the scams they pull so do not trust anyone at this place. read more
